Paul Tranter is the chief financial officer of Boston Consulting Group and a member of its Executive and Operating Committees, with responsibilities that include the firm's biannual global partner meetings and the Global Marketing Committee. Since joining BCG in 1998, he has advised CEOs and senior executives on large transformations across industries such as energy, travel and tourism, consumer, and industrial goods. He was involved in establishing the Australian airline Jetstar, serving as its CFO until launch, and previously managed his family's dairy-farming business. He holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and BA degrees in law and psychology from the University of Queensland.
