Olivier Bouffault is the global leader of Boston Consulting Group's Operations practice. Until December 2025, he led BCG X for the EMESA region and headed AI and analytics globally within the Operations practice. He focuses on AI- and analytics-driven transformations in supply chain, manufacturing, and travel, and co-leads the KLM-BCG partnership for digital operations in airlines. He holds a master of science in finance from HEC Paris.
