Investment thesis
Tech Horizons backs post-product, revenue-generating startups building dual-use technologies that bridge civilian and defense applications, aiming to enhance the safety and resilience of individuals, businesses, institutions, and states. Partnering with industrial group CSG, the fund leverages decades of defense-sector expertise, manufacturing capabilities, and market access to support portfolio companies. It targets seed and Series A stages in deeptech fields including AI, cybersecurity, robotics, aerospace, sensors, advanced computing, energy, and new materials. Investments span NATO and allied nations, with partnerships across 400+ later-stage VCs providing growth and follow-on funding. The fund plans 30 to 50 investments over three years, with CSG serving as key partner and anchor investor.
