Calum Cusiter is Managing Director at Souter Investments Limited, a UK-based family investment office focused on private equity. The firm makes direct investments and co-investments of £2m to £40m in equity in private, unquoted companies across sectors including manufacturing, financial services, healthcare, and telecommunications, and does not invest in start-ups or in the alcohol, armaments, gambling, or tobacco sectors.

Bernardo Bertoldi (born 1973) is an Associate Professor in the Department of Management at the University of Turin and a cofounder of 3H Partners, a strategic and financial consultancy established in 2004. He serves as vice president of the Club degli Investitori, which he helped create in 2008, and holds affiliate professor roles at ESCP Business School (Turin and London campuses) and LUISS. Bertoldi previously served as chief executive of Sviluppo Italia Piemonte SpA (2004–2007), holds board or auditor roles at companies including Lavazza, Banca Sella, CNH Industrial and Stellantis, and writes the "familyandtrends" column for Il Sole 24 Ore.

Scott Mackenzie serves as Vice President at VNK Capital and has a background in the pharmaceuticals industry. His areas of experience include marketing management, negotiation, budgeting, pharmaceutics, and business planning. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens.

Stuart Dunlop is the owner of Ritual Club and Le Terrazze Rooftop Restaurant in Baja Sardinia, a granite venue built into a mountain and designed by architect Andres Fiore, Dunlop's father, beginning in 1970. Dunlop took over the business after Fiore's death in 2003 and managed the first season in the summer of 2004. The operation runs from June to September each year and is supported by a year-round management team.

Allan Clark is an Investment Director at Souter Investments, the family investment office of Sir Brian Souter, co-founder of Stagecoach Group plc. The firm invests across a range of asset classes with a primary focus on private equity, holding a portfolio of more than 25 direct private equity investments and typically committing £2m to £40m of equity per transaction.
