Andrew Davison is a Partner at Scottish Equity Partners and serves on the firm's Investment Committee and Partnership Board. He has led investments at the firm for over twenty years and currently focuses mainly on supporting the growth of portfolio companies.

Angus Conroy joined Scottish Equity Partners in 2012 and co-leads the firm as Managing Partner, serving on the Investment Committee and Partnership Board. He invests in enterprise technology companies that address complex problems in large organisations, with emphasis on financial services, manufacturing automation, and life sciences. Prior to SEP he worked in Citigroup's investment banking team, and he holds an LLB (Hons) from the University of Glasgow.

Jan Rutherford is a Partner at Scottish Equity Partners and a member of the firm's Investment Committee, contributing to value creation and network building. She co-founded SEP's Women in Technology Leadership network. Before entering investing at Dresdner Kleinwort Capital, she held operational and commercial roles at Merck, Novartis and IQVIA, and holds a degree in Pharmacy and an MBA.

Keith Davidson joined Scottish Equity Partners in 2016 and co-leads the firm as Managing Partner, contributing to its investment activities and strategy and serving on a number of portfolio company boards. He is a member of the firm's Investment Committee and Partnership Board and has over two decades of investment experience, focusing on technology companies in complex enterprise environments.

Tim Ankers is a Partner at Scottish Equity Partners (SEP), which he joined in 2016, working on sourcing, executing, and managing investments in enterprise technology companies. He previously worked in the Technology, Media and Telecoms investment banking team at Deutsche Bank. He holds a BSc in Economic History from the London School of Economics and Political Science.

Alizeh McClelland is a Principal at Scottish Equity Partners, which she joined in 2020, working on enterprise technology investments in companies serving large global customers. She previously worked in the Financial Institutions investment banking team at Goldman Sachs. She holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BSc in Economics & Philosophy from the London School of Economics and Political Science.

Daniel Muranda joined Scottish Equity Partners in 2021 and works on identifying, executing, and managing enterprise technology investments. He previously worked at StepStone Group and Goldman Sachs. He holds a BEng (Hons) in Chemical Engineering from the University of Bath.

Fraser McLatchie is an Investment Manager at SEB, working with early- and growth-stage companies in B2B software, fintech, and AI, where he advises founders and leadership teams on strategy, growth, and corporate development. He was part of the founding team at SEBx, a fintech bank developed within SEB, and of Greenhouse, a platform for entrepreneurs and growth companies that included the launch of ScaleUp Academy in Sweden.

Andrew J Davidson is a Director at Scottish Equity Partners, where he works on deal origination, execution, and portfolio management since joining in 2021. He previously worked at Dunedin and in the restructuring teams at HSBC and PwC. He holds a BA in Philosophy from the University of Cambridge.

Jack Senior joined Scottish Equity Partners in 2024, where he works on originating and executing enterprise technology investments across the UK and Europe. He previously worked at Hexagon Manufacturing Intelligence and Jefferies International. He holds a BA (Hons) in Economics & Management from the University of Oxford.

Martin Brennan is Director and Head of Deal Origination at Scottish Equity Partners (SEP), where he leads deal origination across the UK, Ireland, and Europe. Prior to SEP, he worked at Forward Internet Group, Piper Jaffray, FirstCapital, and Accenture. He holds a BA (Hons) from the University of Strathclyde.

Paul Neeson is a Director at Scottish Equity Partners, where he works on portfolio management, value creation, and investment realisations. He previously held roles at Caird Capital and Lloyds Banking Group. He holds a BA (Hons) in Accountancy & Law from the University of Glasgow.

Stuart Paterson is Senior Adviser at Scottish Equity Partners (SEP), where he was a founding member and previously a Partner. He has over 25 years of experience investing in technology companies, with an emphasis on software businesses. Before SEP, he worked in Corporate Finance at EY; he is a Scottish Chartered Accountant with a joint degree in Accounting and Computer Science.

Taylor Rampton joined Scottish Equity Partners in 2017, where he works on enterprise technology investments spanning financial services, life sciences, and enterprise infrastructure. He previously worked at BlackRock Private Equity Partners and holds a BSc (Hons) in Accounting & Finance from the London School of Economics and Political Science.

Tony Robison is Senior Adviser at Scottish Equity Partners, having previously been a Partner working on portfolio development and deal support. He brings over 30 years of experience in financial and commercial leadership roles at growth companies.

Zahra Thiam joined Scottish Equity Partners in 2025, where she works on the origination, assessment, and execution of growth-stage investment opportunities across the UK and Europe. She was previously an Associate at Insight Partners in New York, and has also been an angel investor and a mentor to first-generation university students. She holds a BA in Political Science and Economics from Brown University.

After 15 years as Aster's CFO, Cécile transitioned in late 2025 to General Secretary on a part-time, advisory basis following her relocation abroad, handing the CFO role to Chama El Shamy. She remains a minority shareholder and member of the Strategic Committee, and holds a Master's in Finance & Strategy from Sciences Po Paris and a DSCG accounting diploma.
