Alex Blum is Chief Operating Officer at Unity Technologies. Previously, he held executive roles at several technology companies including Tru Optik, Acquisio, and KickApps, guiding multiple ventures through acquisitions and public offerings. His background includes positions at Piksel, JumpTV, and AOL, where he led product development and strategy across digital media and advertising platforms.

Arttu Koivula is an Investment Manager at MML Capital Partners, with prior experience in investment banking at Goldman Sachs, Nomura, and MCF CF, as well as strategy consulting at BCG. He holds an MSc in Finance and Private Equity from the London School of Economics and a BSc in Accounting from the Aalto University School of Business.

Henry Alty is an Investment Director at MML Capital Partners deploying £10m–£40m in B2B businesses. He has spent fourteen years in private equity and growth capital investment across MML Capital Partners, Gresham House, Livingbridge, and Foresight, preceded by six years in TMT strategy consulting where he advised on and conducted diligence for over $6bn in completed acquisitions. His investment focus centers on software and technology service businesses, and he holds the CFA charter.

Adam Wałach is a partner and co-founder of Aternus Family Office and the founder of the European Great Commission Collaboration (EGCC), a network of Christian funders supporting ministry initiatives in Europe. He co-founded the pharmaceutical company Walmark, which grew to 900 employees across nine countries before its sale in 2015, and with his brothers Waldemar and Mariusz received the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year award in the Czech Republic in 2010. He holds an MSc in Mathematics from Olomouc University, completed the Halftime Institute in Dallas in 2013, and co-founded the 3WFoundation in 2022.

Trent Rachow is an Associate at FundWA, a venture fund investing in Western Australian early-stage companies. The fund focuses on Seed to Series-A stage investments.

Alison Jackson is an EA and Office Manager at MML Capital Partners LLP. She has experience in finance and administration support, including planning, organizational, and project management functions.

Georgia Freeman is an Investment Associate at MML. She previously spent over four years in M&A, focusing on buy-side transactions for private equity clients, before moving into private equity to be more involved in businesses after transactions.

Jonty Graham is Partner and Head of Investor Relations at MML Capital Partners, where he oversees investor relations for the firm's mid-market private equity and value-add sustainable infrastructure strategies. He has experience raising capital for alternative asset strategies across private equity, private credit, and infrastructure, with a focus on sustainability and impact considerations. Graham works with institutional investors and fund managers globally and is multilingual.

Mariusz Wałach co-founded the company Walmark with his brothers Adam and Waldemar in 1990 in the Těšín region, building it into a business with 900 employees and revenue exceeding 100 million EUR before selling a 50% stake to the MidEuropa fund in 2012 and the remainder in 2015. He co-founded Aternus Family Office in Třinec in 2016, where he serves as a member of the board, and in 2022 co-established the 3WFoundation, which supports Christian and charitable projects in Central and Eastern Europe. He chairs the Congress of Poles in the Czech Republic and, together with his brothers, received the EY Entrepreneur of the Year award for the Czech Republic for 2010.

Petr Turoň spent his career in the top management of Walmark, a company founded in 1990 by brothers Adam, Mariusz, and Waldemar Wałach, which was sold to the investment group MidEuropa at the end of 2015. He subsequently co-founded Aternus Family Office together with the Wałach brothers and Roman Kantor, where he serves as Co-founder and Managing Partner. Its portfolio focuses on private equity, real estate, and venture capital funds in areas such as technology, marketplaces, SaaS, fintech, and deep tech, alongside a smaller allocation to stocks and bonds, and it supports the family's philanthropic activities including the 3WFoundation.
