Jayson Rieger is President and CEO of Verrica Pharmaceuticals, with experience spanning drug discovery, R&D operations, and business development. He has led teams through drug discovery and development programs involving in-house resources, CROs/CMOs, and academic and corporate partnerships, and has been the principal executive in M&A, IPO, and capital-raising transactions. He has authored or co-authored more than thirty peer-reviewed publications, is a co-inventor on more than thirty-five issued or pending patents, and has served as principal or co-investigator on over ten NIH grants totaling more than $20 million in research funding.

Steven M. Goldman is a managing partner at PBM Capital Group. He previously was a corporate partner at the New York law firm Kramer Levin Naftalis & Frankel, where he worked on mergers and acquisitions, financings, joint ventures, private placements, and leveraged buyouts. Before joining Kramer Levin in 2009, he served as Commissioner of the New Jersey Department of Banking and Insurance and held several roles related to insurance regulation with the NAIC.

Dave Zawitz is General Counsel at PBM Capital, where he advises the firm on legal matters related to new investments, exits, and corporate governance, and supports legal due diligence for new investment opportunities. He joined PBM Capital in 2018 from CarMax, where he served as lead finance attorney handling capital markets transactions and corporate venture capital activities, and previously practiced securitization and structured finance law at McKee Nelson LLP and Bingham McCutchen LLP. He holds a B.S.C. in Commerce and a J.D. from the University of Virginia and is a CFA Charterholder.
