Dimou holds advanced degrees in nutritional sciences from the University of Guelph, a Project Management Professional certification, and is pursuing a doctorate in Higher Education at the University of Toronto; she previously founded an agri-technology company that received a Premier's Award for Agri-Food Innovation.

Matt Stanley is a Partner at BDC Capital's Climate Tech Fund with over 20 years of experience in sustainability and climate strategy across Canada and Europe. His career includes roles at IKEA, where he helped build the company's corporate venture arm, and advisory firms including SYSTEMIQ, Deloitte, and EY, focused on industrial decarbonization and capital deployment. Robert Orr is President and owner of T.T.I. Consulting, a firm focused on leadership development, team building, and executive coaching, following an executive career of more than 40 years across the private equity, ocean technology, marine biotechnology, nutritional ingredient, and food retailing industries. He co-founded Ocean Nutrition Canada Ltd., which grew to over 500 employees with customers in more than 30 countries before its 2012 sale to Royal Dutch DSM, and served from 2012 to 2025 as Managing Director of Cuna del Mar LP, an impact investment fund concerned with food security, ocean health, and sustainable aquaculture. With over 30 years of experience in Canada's innovation and technology sectors across academic, not-for-profit, and private organizations, King has built a national innovation cluster exceeding 4,000 members and supported regulatory, intellectual property, and scale-up guidance for more than 1,500 Canadian companies.
