Mary Dimou is Managing Partner at Nadarra Ventures, where she focuses on agri-food and life sciences investments. With over a decade of experience in venture capital, she has managed corporate and institutional funds globally and held governance positions at scaling agri-technology companies. Dimou holds advanced degrees in nutritional sciences from the University of Guelph, a Project Management Professional certification, and is pursuing a doctorate in Higher Education at the University of Toronto; she previously founded an agri-technology company that received a Premier's Award for Agri-Food Innovation.

Matt Stanley is a Partner at BDC Capital's Climate Tech Fund with over 20 years of experience in sustainability and climate strategy across Canada and Europe. His career includes roles at IKEA, where he helped build the company's corporate venture arm, and advisory firms including SYSTEMIQ, Deloitte, and EY, focused on industrial decarbonization and capital deployment. He holds a Master's degree in Sustainability Leadership from the University of Cambridge and a Bachelor of Commerce from Mount Allison University.

Nicole LeBlanc is a Partner at Woven Capital, Toyota's $1.6 billion global venture platform, where she focuses on climate and deeptech investments. With nearly two decades of venture experience, she serves as a board director at Corvus Energy, Intuition Robotics, and WeaveGrid, and volunteers with NBIF and Propel. Her background as a CPA informs her approach to venture partnership, emphasizing capital structure, governance, and operational rigor alongside investment strategy.

Robert Orr is President and owner of T.T.I. Consulting, a firm focused on leadership development, team building, and executive coaching, following an executive career of more than 40 years across the private equity, ocean technology, marine biotechnology, nutritional ingredient, and food retailing industries. He co-founded Ocean Nutrition Canada Ltd., which grew to over 500 employees with customers in more than 30 countries before its 2012 sale to Royal Dutch DSM, and served from 2012 to 2025 as Managing Director of Cuna del Mar LP, an impact investment fund concerned with food security, ocean health, and sustainable aquaculture. He has chaired or served on the boards of several organizations, including Natural Products Canada, the Community Foundation of Nova Scotia, and the Canadian Ocean Technology Supercluster, and serves on the Advisory Board of the Dalhousie University School of

Shelley R. King has over 20 years of experience in Canada's innovation and commercialization field, working as both an entrepreneur and within not-for-profit and academic organizations, helping researchers and companies address regulatory, IP, scale-up, R&D, and financing challenges. She previously served as VP, Research and Business Development for Genome Atlantic, where she supported the formation of over $60M in research and development projects, and as CEO of Synapse, the University of Prince Edward Island's applied research and industry services organization. She holds an MSc in Medicine and an MBA from Memorial University.
