Howard Mergelkamp III has more than twenty years of experience across investment banking, private equity, operating roles, and corporate law, focused on financial technology, electronic payments, and financial services. He was a founding member of Corporate Ventures and Advisory Services at BlackRock, served as a senior vice president at Regulus Group, and worked in investment banking at Merrill Lynch as well as practicing corporate law at Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz and Cravath, Swaine & Moore. He holds a BA in political science and economics from Columbia University and a JD from the University of Pennsylvania Law School.
