Brian Venturo co-founded CoreWeave and has been a member of its board of directors since April 2019, serving as Chief Strategy Officer since March 2024 after previously holding the role of Chief Technology Officer from October 2017 to March 2024. Earlier in his career, he was a Partner at Hudson Ridge Asset Management, a natural gas hedge fund, and a Portfolio Manager for energy and emissions at Natsource Asset Management. He holds a B.A. in Economics from Haverford College.

Mike Intrator is co-founder, Chairman, and CEO of CoreWeave, a cloud platform for AI, which he has led from a startup to a publicly traded company since 2017. Before CoreWeave, he co-founded Hudson Ridge Asset Management, a natural gas-focused hedge fund, and held roles at Natsource Asset Management. He holds a B.A. from Binghamton University and an M.P.A. from Columbia University's School of International and Public Affairs.

Peter Salanki is Chief Technology Officer at CoreWeave, a role he has held since March 2024. He joined the company in June 2019 and previously served as Director of Engineering and then Vice President of Engineering. Before CoreWeave, he was Director, Americas, Office of the CTO at Sandvine, an application and network intelligence company.

Chen Goldberg is Executive Vice President of Product and Engineering at CoreWeave, overseeing the teams building its full-stack cloud platform for AI workloads. Before joining CoreWeave in 2024, she spent more than eight years at Google Cloud, most recently as general manager and vice president of engineering leading the Kubernetes and Serverless portfolio, and earlier held engineering leadership roles at HP. She holds a B.A. and an M.B.A. from The Open University of Israel.

Jim Higgins is the CISO of CoreWeave, with more than 30 years of experience in the technology sector focused on information security and public-private collaboration. He previously held senior roles including Director of Product Security at Google and CISO at Block, Inc. (formerly Square, Inc.) and Snap, Inc. His areas of expertise include product security, offensive security, and cloud security.

Jean English is the Chief Marketing Officer at CoreWeave, responsible for global marketing and communications strategy. She was previously CMO at Juniper Networks and held CMO roles at Palo Alto Networks, NetApp, and IBM Asia Pacific. She holds a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington.

Jeff Baker has been Chief Accounting Officer at CoreWeave since August 2024, with prior financial leadership experience at high-growth and Fortune 500 companies. Before CoreWeave, he was Chief Accounting Officer at Rivian from May 2021 to July 2024, where he contributed to the company's IPO and built its accounting infrastructure. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from the University of Florida and a Master of Accountancy from Stetson University.

Jon Jones is Chief Revenue Officer at CoreWeave, where he leads the Global Field Organization and go-to-market strategy, focusing on scaling the company through global expansion, enterprise adoption, and customer success. Before CoreWeave, he was global vice president of startups and venture capital at Amazon Web Services, working on cloud adoption and AI innovation. He holds a B.A. in Economics from UC Davis and an M.B.A. from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Kristen McVeety has been General Counsel at CoreWeave since March 2022 and Corporate Secretary since December 2024. She previously co-founded and was a partner at the law firm Gabler & McVeety LLP from 2003 to 2022, and earlier worked as an associate in the Corporate and M&A practice groups at Dorsey & Whitney LLP. She holds a B.A. in International Relations and Business Management from Boston University and a J.D. from Brooklyn Law School.

Max Hjelm is Executive Vice President of Strategic Deals at CoreWeave, focused on key customer engagements. He joined the company in 2020 and helped build its Revenue and Go-to-Market functions, developing the customer base and commercial strategy. Before CoreWeave, he held business development roles at AspireIQ and Curalate, and holds a B.S. from Haverford College.

Michelle O’Rourke is an HR executive at CoreWeave with more than twenty years of human resources experience. She earned a B.A. in Human Services from Villanova University and previously held HR leadership roles in financial services, B2B publishing, and pharmaceutical communications before moving into health and wellness at LifeTime. She joined CoreWeave in 2021, where she works on the company's culture and talent strategy.

Nitin Agrawal has been Chief Financial Officer of CoreWeave since March 2024. He previously served as Vice President of Finance at Google Cloud, CFO of Mapbox, and Finance Director of the Compute Services division at Amazon Web Services. He earned a Bachelor of Technology in Engineering from the National Institute of Technology in Kurukshetra, India, and an MBA in Finance from Duke University's Fuqua School of Business.

Sachin Jain is Chief Operating Officer at CoreWeave, where he oversees global operations spanning supply chain, procurement, capacity planning, IT engineering, data center operations, and international expansion. He previously held senior leadership roles at Oracle Cloud, Google Cloud, and Amazon. He earned a Bachelor of Technology in Manufacturing Science & Engineering from IIT Kharagpur, along with an M.S. in Computer Science and an M.S. in Industrial Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.

Sandy Venugopal is the Chief Information Officer at CoreWeave, where she leads IT and digital transformation strategy. She previously held CIO roles at SentinelOne and Uber, and has held leadership positions at LinkedIn. She has over 20 years of experience in technology leadership.
