Investment thesis
Kapital Partners is a multi-stage family office managing investments for the Nanda family, focusing on multi-stage direct and fund investments in real estate and technology. It invests in real estate (multi-family, retail, and office projects in the Bay Area), hospitality (developing and operating hotels across the Western U.S.), and private equity and venture capital. In venture, it participates in direct seed and venture funding rounds, primarily by following institutional venture firms, and will also lead opportunities.
