He co-founded Bronto Software, a commerce marketing automation company, where he served as COO and led operations and revenue growth for fourteen years until its acquisition by NetSuite, Inc. for $200 million in June 2015, after which he spent a year transitioning the business to NetSuite. He was previously a finalist for the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year for the Carolinas and a board member of the Entrepreneurs' Organization.

Alyson Clayton is Senior VP of People Services at Relay, where she oversees functions including talent acquisition, talent development, performance management, total rewards, employee relations, and executive coaching for tech start-up executives in the Raleigh-Durham area. She is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate in North Carolina and a certified yoga teacher who offers classes, private sessions, and mindfulness workshops in the Raleigh area. Clayton also hosts a podcast for local women entrepreneurs and provides one-on-one and group coaching for individuals pursuing career transitions.

Bo Spessard is Chief Operating Officer at Dialog Health, a texting software and solutions company. He has over 20 years of experience across marketing, finance, legal, HR, and business development, and works with investors, founders, and owners on scaling their companies. His background includes more than 10 years leading Emma, a SaaS marketing company, and over five years in private legal practice.

Carolyn Sparano is a retired software executive with experience in SaaS B2B and B2C companies, focusing on scaling operations in high-growth environments. Her background includes go-to-market strategy based on product and customer-led approaches, along with people leadership and operational management. She currently works as an advisor and nonprofit volunteer.

Chris Matton is Head of Legal for MaintainX at Autodesk. As General Counsel of MaintainX, he worked on the company's $150 million Series D financing and its $3.6 billion acquisition by Autodesk, and previously served as General Counsel of Bandwidth, where he was involved in the company's IPO, international expansion, and acquisitions. His work has covered corporate governance, technology transactions, data protection, and compliance across sectors including software, SaaS, telecommunications, consumer products, and life sciences.

Darshan Patel is Senior Director of Strategy & Planning at Salesforce. His prior experience includes roles at Google, a position as a Private Equity Director, and work as a Management Consultant. He holds an MBA from the University of Michigan.

Dave Brinkman co-founded Marketing Systems Group in 1991 as a software developer, later serving in sales, operations, and financial roles before becoming President/CEO in 2010. His work led to the formation of Third Party Verification (3PV) in 1999, which grew to roughly 100 direct and indirect staff in the telecommunications market, and to the spin-out of AssureSign in 2007. He is a board member at Mountain Air Country Club and has been involved with the Electronic Signature and Records Association (ESRA), the Entrepreneurs Organization's Accelerator Program, and Startup Atlanta.

Erik Morse has more than 20 years of leadership experience in the software industry, spanning executive, operations, and technical roles. He has participated in three companies that achieved growth and exits exceeding $100M, with work in the SaaS business model and distributed systems technology. Morse has established businesses in the United States and internationally.

Gio Gallo is Co-CEO and CTO at Ethico (formerly ComplianceLine), a company that develops ethics and compliance software. His career has included work at startups and advising multinational companies on strategic growth initiatives, along with experience guiding healthcare providers in areas such as home health, infusion, institutional pharmacy, and healthcare IT.

Marisa Levings Cruz is a Business Operations Manager at Colopy Ventures, where she works with executive leadership and cross-functional teams. Her role involves coordinating priorities and managing competing demands across the organization.

Matt Schmidt is the Founder and CEO of Peoplelogic, a talent management platform. He has previously worked as an entrepreneur and operator, building and launching products and growing businesses.

He subsequently served as VP of Engineering at Global Data Consortium, where he focused on security, scale, and configuration, and as Software Engineering Manager at AdvisorEngine, where he coordinated a 45-person development team.

Sean Fitzgerald is the CEO and founder of Strabble, L.L.C. His background includes senior leadership roles at SaaS and Fortune 100 companies, spanning go-to-market strategy, scaling, turnarounds, capital raising, and M&A, as well as Wall Street capital markets experience providing investment advice, analysis, and trade execution to hedge funds, banks, money managers, corporations, and mortgage companies. A former teacher, he holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation and serves as a volunteer mentor and advisor for Techstars, Queen City Fintech Accelerator, UNC Entrepreneurship, and NC IDEA.

Susan Cook is Chief Executive Officer at DAS42 and has held CEO, advisory, board, and chief revenue officer positions across enterprise technology companies.
