Carsten Møllekilde is Senior Vice President, Legal (Head of Transactions, Legal) at Impact Fund Denmark (formerly IFU), where he oversees the legal aspects of negotiating, structuring, and executing the fund's alternative investments, including direct private equity, funds of funds, and project financing in developing countries. He leads the legal team and sits on the fund's internal investment committee, having previously worked as a lawyer and partner, as vice president at a listed industrial company, and in an investment role at a private equity fund. He holds a law degree and an MBA from England, and has served as an external lecturer in property law at the University of Copenhagen and as an expert member of the Danish Companies Appeals Board (Erhvervsankenævnet).

Klaus Prebensen is Investment Director (Venture) at Impact Fund Denmark, formerly IFU. He has more than 30 years of international financial experience, including roles at the A.P. Moller-Mærsk Group and Aon Corporation, with a focus on private equity and impact investments in emerging markets, particularly in renewable energy and healthcare. His work spans financial modelling, M&A, due diligence, business development, and legal negotiations, and he has held expatriate positions in South East Asia, Eastern Europe, and Northern Europe.

Annemette Ditlevsen is Managing Director and Co-head of Public Infrastructure Finance at Impact Fund Denmark (formerly IFU). She holds an MBA from INSEAD, an MS in Petroleum Engineering from Stanford University, and a BS in Chemical Engineering from the Technical University of Denmark, and has passed Levels I and II of the CFA exams. Her background spans over 20 years in areas including strategy formulation, business development, portfolio management, and project management, along with graduate-level teaching at Stanford and DTU.

Jacob Klingemann is Investment Director at Impact Fund Denmark (formerly IFU), where his work focuses on public finance. He has more than 20 years of experience in infrastructure investments, private equity, and investment funds across emerging and mature markets, including due diligence, risk assessment, deal structuring, and negotiation of commercial terms, and has served on more than 15 boards in Denmark and abroad. Klingemann holds a Master's in Forestry and a bachelor's degree in Finance, and owns and manages a forest.

Lynn Hall is Communications Manager at Kelvin Capital, where she oversees communications related to early-stage investment. She also serves as Commercial & Operations Manager at Plan Bee, supporting early-stage portfolio companies. Hall has over eight years of experience across communications, retail planning, and operations.

Oyindoubra Eghaghe serves as an Investment Principal at Alitheia Capital, where the role involves identifying emerging trends and opportunities to guide the firm's investment strategy. The stated focus is on supporting high-growth SMEs.

Jose Fernandez da Ponte is President and Chief Growth Officer at the Stellar Development Foundation. He previously served as Senior Vice President and General Manager of Blockchain, Crypto, and Digital Currencies at PayPal. Earlier in his career, he held leadership roles at BBVA, a multinational banking group headquartered in Spain, and at McKinsey & Company, focusing on financial services and payments.

Kristoffer Tarp is Head of Investor Relations at Impact Fund Denmark (formerly IFU), where he manages engagement with private and institutional investors across the organization's blended finance vehicles, Sustainable Development Funds I and II. He previously held roles including Director for Sustainability and Global Affairs at Advice, Chief Business Officer at C-MORE, and Nordic Director for Sustainability at NTT DATA. Tarp is the author of the book Forretning for Fremtiden (Business for the Future), serves as a professional board member, and has chaired the Sustainability Advisory Board of an equity fund.
