Erwin (Torreao) Dassen is a cryptography expert who completed a PhD in mathematics and a post-doc in lattice-based cryptography. He has worked as a technical consultant for organizations including ASML, ESA, and TNO, and has held executive roles overseeing technical development and R&D. He was previously VP of Engineering at Plotwise and team lead at Chorus One, where he now serves as Head of Generative AI.

Adina Fischer is the founder of 182 West, a fractional operations firm serving crypto funds and Web3 infrastructure companies. She previously spent 2.5 years at a16z Crypto managing $3 billion in assets across custody, staking, governance, and trading infrastructure, where she managed over 30 token launches and developed the Operational Guidelines for Token Launches framework. Fischer brings experience from traditional finance roles at Barclays, BTG Capital, and Wells Fargo.

Brian Fabian Crain is CEO of Chorus One and President at the Interchain Foundation, and hosts the crypto podcast Epicenter. He founded the Blockchain Meetup Berlin community in 2014 and helped build Chorus One into a widely used staking provider. He also serves on the board of the Urbit Foundation.

Spencer Hom is an Investment Intern at Frachtis and is building at Hashfire, a blockchain-based platform that turns traditional contracts into programmable digital assets. He previously worked at Voyager Capital as a Summer Analyst focused on AI, and served as a Venture Scout at Alumni Ventures covering Digital Identity and RWA. He is a junior at Cornell University pursuing a B.S. in Applied Economics & Management with a minor in Information Science.
