Investment thesis
coinIX provides investors a traditional, share-based route to participate in the growth potential of decentralized technologies. It invests across three categories: liquid crypto assets (direct holdings of coins like Bitcoin and Ethereum plus utility tokens via exchanges and private sales), token projects (acquiring rights to future tokens through SAFT contracts and private sales), and equity stakes in early-stage blockchain startups via share purchases and convertible loans, where it also contributes operational experience to support market launches. The firm aims to identify attractive opportunities in the cryptocurrency and blockchain market and benefit from long-term asset appreciation.
