Brian Norman is Managing Director at Auros in Hong Kong, where he oversees multiple business lines. He began his career at Optiver on the Asian index derivatives team in Sydney, later leading the firm's Taiwan office overseeing trading of Taiwan's main equity index options and financial and electronic sector indices, and contributed to the setup of Optiver's China Options Desk. He joined Auros in 2019 after developing crypto arbitrage trading strategies.

Le Shi is Managing Director at Auros in Hong Kong, where he oversees multiple business lines. Megan Bennett is the Global Leader of the Energy Practice at Boston Consulting Group and a Senior Partner and Managing Director based in the firm's Dallas office. Over 25 years at BCG, she has advised clients across traditional and new energy value chains on issues including strategy development, due diligence, organization redesign, benchmarking, and process development, and has been elected to the firm's Executive Committee for a second term. Her work focuses on the global energy transition and energy-intensive industries, and she advocates for diversity, equity, and inclusion, including increasing the number of women in senior energy roles.

CMO with over 10 years in private banking; former Senior Vice President at Everbright Sun Hung Kai Private handling asset allocation and wealth planning for HNW clients, including private equity investments. Previously worked at Bank of China (HK) and Deloitte; holds a BBA from Kelley School of Business, Indiana University.

Emma Tibballs joined Gandel Invest in 2025, bringing experience in transaction services, ESG, and the not-for-profit sector. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce with majors in Accounting and Behavioural Commerce and is a qualified Chartered Accountant.
