Dan McMurtrie has spent the past five years investing in private and public technology, healthcare, consumer, and industrial businesses across the United States and Asia. He is the portfolio manager of Tyro Partners and advises several family offices on their private equity and venture capital investments. He previously worked in investment and M&A advisory roles in China and holds a finance degree from the University of Notre Dame, with concentrations in applied mathematics and Mandarin Chinese.

Faheem Ahmed is a physician with training in emergency medicine and public health who works at the NHS. He combines clinical practice with corporate finance, strategy, and operations expertise, and serves as an investor and advisor to healthcare businesses operating across public and private markets.

Mohi Zaman previously managed private equity investments at Truvalu, a Dutch impact investing firm working with inclusive agro SMEs, and earlier worked at Maslin Capital Limited, a local private equity firm. His experience covers due diligence, deal sourcing, and deal structuring. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the Institute of Business Administration at the University of Dhaka.

Frank Han is Co-Founder and Partner at L2 Capital Management, with over a decade of experience in private equity. He previously worked as a Senior Principal at the Blackstone Group in Hong Kong and Shanghai, where he led sourcing and execution of private equity investments in greater China and served on the boards of several portfolio companies, and earlier held roles at The Carlyle Group, Goldman Sachs, and McKinsey & Co. He holds a finance degree from New York University's Stern School of Business and an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Ishti Alam is an Investment Associate at Anchorless Bangladesh, where he helps filter inbound deal flow, assess deals, and conduct due diligence on startups, and also supports portfolio companies with their operational tech stack and product user experience. He previously worked on planning and brand design at North South University Startups Next, a university startup incubation program, and earlier held a business development and product management role at a social CRM startup. He holds a BBA in Marketing and International Business from North South University.

Lauren Wenning previously spent sixteen years at Prince Street Capital, most recently as a Partner, where she managed relationships with endowments, foundations, family offices, and consultants and helped grow the firm's assets under management. Earlier in her career she worked at Broadway Dance Center and performed with contemporary dance companies in New York. She holds a BA in Psychology from the University of Notre Dame.

Miran Hossain works at Anchorless Bangladesh as an HR Operation Consultant, handling internal payroll, talent acquisition, and end-to-end HR functions. The role focuses on workplace environment and team performance rather than investing.

Nafees Bakhtiar serves as Operations Manager, handling on-the-ground operations and logistics and supporting portfolio companies with their local needs. He studied Human Resources at Brac University.

Rahat Ahmed is an investor and writer focused on capital, culture, and the Bangladeshi diaspora. Describing himself as a New Yorker-Texan back in Dhaka, he runs Anchorless Bangladesh, a Bangladesh-focused investment firm, and has built community projects including B/deshi, which connects the Bangladeshi diaspora, and ExitStack, a startup and technology news outlet for Bangladeshis. He publishes research and data projects such as the Colonial Hangover Index and Capital Origins, and has been writing personally online since 1998.
