Ankit Verma joined Exponent in January 2017 as Finance Director, overseeing internal finance, tax, legal, and compliance. He previously worked at Augentius. He holds an MBA from Cass Business School and is a certified accountant (ACCA).

Anthony Clegg joined Exponent in May 2015, having previously worked at The Gores Group and Houlihan Lokey. He has been involved in transactions including ENRA, Enva Group, SHL, Isio, H&MV Engineering and Ethos Engineering, and holds a BSc in Business Administration from Bath University.

Ash Unadkat joined Exponent in May 2025, having previously worked at OMERS Private Equity, Altero Capital Partners and Barclays. He holds a BA in Modern & Medieval Languages from the University of Cambridge and is a board observer at Hippo Digital.

Augusto Cosulich joined Exponent in June 2020, after earlier roles at Lion Capital, Terra Firma and Rothschild. He has worked on the Gü, Sofius and Chanelle transactions and holds a BA in Business and Management from Exeter University.

Carol Mahon was appointed Non-Executive Chair of Exponent's Irish-regulated business in 2022. She has more than 25 years in the Irish funds industry with a focus on corporate governance, board effectiveness, and running asset management businesses, having held executive and non-executive director roles at Federated Hermes Investment Management, Fidelity International Group, and MeesPierson Fund Services. She holds a degree in Economics and German from University College Dublin, an MBA from the UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate School, and has completed the Certified Investment Fund Director programme.

Craig Vickery is the Chief Operating Officer at Exponent, which he joined in January 2005, overseeing the firm's financial and operational matters. He previously worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers. Originally from Edinburgh, he holds an MA in Management Studies from the University of Glasgow and is a qualified chartered accountant (ACA).

Daniel Hunter joined Exponent in January 2020 after working at Allen & Overy. He has worked on the BBI, Xeinadin, Natara and Chanelle Pharma transactions and serves as a board observer for several portfolio companies. He holds an MA in Law from Oxford University and an MBA from INSEAD.

Ellen O'Toole joined Exponent in July 2024. She previously worked at Perwyn and J.P. Morgan. Originally from Dublin, Ireland, she holds a BSc in Economics & Finance from University College Dublin.

Hayley Davies is the Operations Manager at Exponent, having joined the firm in August 2010. She previously worked at JP Morgan and Standard and Poor's. She was born and raised in Kent.

Jacqueline Flynn joined Exponent in July 2023 as Operations Director based in Ireland, where she oversees the firm's Irish-regulated business along with compliance and legal matters. She previously worked at BlackRock and PricewaterhouseCoopers. Originally from Dublin, she holds a Bachelor of Commerce from University College Dublin and is a qualified chartered accountant (FCA) and chartered secretary (ACG).

James Gunton joined Exponent in January 2010 and has worked on transactions including Pattonair, Fintrax Group, Loch Lomond Group, Big Bus Tours, BBI Group, Enva Group, Evergreen, Vibrant Foods, PROPER SNACKS and Gü. Before Exponent, he worked at 3i and EFG Bank. He holds an MA in Maths and Astrophysics from Cambridge University.

Jeroen Regeur joined Exponent in January 2021 and leads the firm's activities in the Benelux region. He previously worked at EQT Partners, TPG Capital Partners, and Morgan Stanley. He holds a degree in Economics from Erasmus University Rotterdam.

John Dwyer became an Operating Partner at Exponent in 2020. He previously led PricewaterhouseCoopers' Global Deals business as a Partner and board member, overseeing Transaction Services, Restructuring, Corporate Finance and Forensics. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce from University College Dublin and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Ireland.

John Moore joined Exponent's investment team in January 2017 and is now an Operating Partner at the firm. Before entering private equity, he held roles at Dell, Pepsi and Booz Allen Hamilton, with a background in global B2B sales across consumer and business services. He holds a B.Comm from University College Dublin and an MBA from Boston College.

Josephine Mulder-Brussen joined Exponent Capital in June 2024, following earlier roles at Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley and UBS. She holds a BSc in Economics from the University of Exeter and an MPhil in Economics from the University of Cambridge. Born in the UK, she was raised in the Netherlands.

Lizzie Stazicker joined Exponent in March 2008 and manages and oversees the firm's ESG programme. She holds a BA in Ancient History from the University of Nottingham.

Louise Rogers became an Operating Partner at Exponent in 2021, bringing a 15-year background across private equity and venture capital-backed digital businesses in Europe and the US. Her early work included Exponent's 2005 investment in the Times Education Supplement, which she later led as CEO, and she has since served as a portfolio Chair and non-executive director. She focuses on media and education technology, including digital, classifieds, recruitment and property technology, and is an active angel and VC investor in EdTech.

Marius Østlie joined Exponent in June 2016 and leads the firm's Investor Relations work, managing relationships with its global investor base. He previously worked at Triton, Deloitte, Nordea Bank, and Mercer. He holds a BSc Econ in Economics from University of Wales, Swansea.

Mark Taylor joined Exponent in April 2007 and has worked on a range of private equity transactions including Cardsave, Lowell Group, Gorkana Group, Quorn Foods, Fintrax Group, Loch Lomond Group, BBI Group, ENRA Group, Meadow, Xeinadin, Natara and Hippo Digital. Before Exponent, he worked at Cinven and The Boston Consulting Group. He holds an MA in Politics, Philosophy and Economics from Oxford University.

Nancy Cruickshank became an Operating Partner at Exponent in 2021, having previously served as Chief Digital Officer at Carlsberg Group. She is a technology entrepreneur and executive whose ventures include MyShowcase, and earlier in her career she launched Condé Nast online, oversaw Telegraph Media Group's digital business, and developed Handbag.com. She holds a BA in History from Leeds University.

Nicolas Sarris joined Exponent in August 2020, having previously worked at Roland Berger. He has been involved in several transactions and holds a board seat at Wowcher along with a board observer role at Kingsbridge. He holds a BA in Philosophy, Politics and Economics from Oxford University and an MBA from The Wharton School.

Richard Lenane joined Exponent in January 2005 and serves as Managing Partner of the firm. Before Exponent, he worked at Apax Partners and The Boston Consulting Group. He holds an MEng from Cambridge University and an MBA from Harvard Business School, and was born and raised in Belfast.

Shane Farragher joined Exponent in July 2017, having previously worked at CVC Capital Partners and Bain Capital. He has a degree in Economics and History from Trinity College Dublin and an MSc in Economics from University College London.

Simon Davidson joined Exponent in January 2008 and has worked on transactions including Ambassador Theatre Group, Wowcher, Storio Group, Moonpig, Quorn Foods, Evergreen, Vibrant Foods, PROPER SNACKS and Gü. Before Exponent he worked at Apax Partners and OC&C. He holds an MA in Politics, Philosophy and Economics from Oriel College, Oxford and an MBA from The Wharton School.

Sophie Porter joined Exponent in November 2013 as part of the Investor Relations team, where she works on fundraising and managing relationships with current and prospective investors. She holds a BA in History from University College London.

Tim Easingwood joined Exponent in May 2007 and has worked on transactions including Pattonair, Big Bus Tours, Go City, Enva Group, Isio, H&MV Engineering and Sofius. Before Exponent, he held roles at Cognetas, Permira and UBS. He holds an MA in Politics, Philosophy and Economics from Oxford University and an MBA from INSEAD.

Toby Woolrych was appointed an Operating Partner of Exponent in 2025, focusing on supporting the finance functions of the firm's portfolio companies. He has more than 35 years of finance experience, having trained at Arthur Andersen and held senior finance and general management roles at Medicom International, Johnson Matthey, Acta SpA, Consort Medical, Shanks Group (later Renewi), and aerospace company Ontic, where he served as CFO through a 2024 exit. He holds an MA in History from the University of Cambridge and is a qualified chartered accountant.

Tom Lightowler joined Exponent in March 2009 and has worked on transactions including Gorkana, Lowell, Ambassador Theatre Group, Quorn Foods, HSS Hire, albelli-Photobox Group, ENRA Group, SHL, Isio and Xeinadin. He previously worked at 3i and Capital One, and holds a BSc in Philosophy and Economics from the London School of Economics.

Tom Sweet-Escott was one of the founding partners of Exponent in 2004. Before that, he worked at 3i, Arab Banking Corporation and Orion Bank. He holds an MA in Natural Sciences from Cambridge University.
