David Keel joined Blue Earth Capital in 2020 and has more than 20 years of industry experience. He previously served as Head of Business Development and a member of the Executive Management at the microfinance manager BlueOrchard, and earlier held roles at asset managers including BlueBay, Lyxor, Barclays Capital (as Head of Sales Switzerland), Harcourt (as Managing Partner and Head of Business Development), and Merrill Lynch. He is a CFA and CAIA charterholder and holds a master's degree in Law from the University of Fribourg, Switzerland.

Kayode Akinola leads the global private equity direct investments practice at Blue Earth Capital, bringing more than 25 years of private equity experience across developed and emerging markets. He previously worked as a Director in the private equity team at KKR in London, and before that was a Partner at Helios Investment Partners and at Investcorp. He began his career in 1999 at Deutsche Bank's leveraged finance team and holds an LLB from University College London.

Nicolas Muller joined Blue Earth Capital in 2022 and has over 15 years of industry experience. He previously served as a Senior Investment Manager at the Swiss impact investing firm Obviam AG, handling fund investments, co-investments, and secondary transactions, and before that was a Principal on the US Primaries team at Capital Dynamics and a private equity analyst at Caisse des Dépôts et Consignations in Paris. He holds a master's in asset management from the INSEEC Group and a master's in corporate finance from the Ecole de Commerce Européenne, and carries the CAIA designation.

Philipp Müller became CEO of Blue Earth Capital in October 2025, bringing more than 20 years of experience in impact investing and institutional asset management. He previously led BlueOrchard Finance Ltd as CEO from 2020 after joining in 2018 as Head of Investment Solutions, and earlier worked as Senior Vice President of Investment Solutions at Partners Group, designing investment strategies for institutional clients. He holds an MBA from ETH Zurich and a Master's degree in Law from the University of Zurich.

Stefan Germann is CEO of the Ursimone Wietlisbach Foundation, a philanthropic organization focused on health, education, and sport, and serves as a board member at REPSSI Alliance. He previously established Fondation Botnar, a Swiss foundation addressing the health and wellbeing of young people in cities, leading it from 2017 until early 2024. His earlier career included more than 25 years in leadership roles across Africa and Asia in health-related development, relief, and advocacy, along with board and advisory positions at organizations such as PMNCH, the UBS Optimus Foundation, and The Graduate Institute in Geneva.

Benjamin Hogan is a Director in Private Equity at Blue Earth Capital, which he joined in 2021, with over 15 years of industry experience and a focus on zero-carbon transition investments across private and public markets since 2013. He previously was a Director at Inherent Group, an ESG-integrated alternative investment firm, where he led investments in companies enabling a lower-carbon economy, and earlier led energy investing at Orange Capital and served as a Principal at Asset Management Finance, a Credit Suisse growth equity subsidiary. He holds a BSc in Economics from Duke University and an MSc in Sustainability Science from Columbia University.

Charles Feutray joined Blue Earth Capital in 2019 and works in private credit. He was previously a Senior Portfolio Associate at the Global Development Incubator in New York, supporting social enterprises and non-profits in emerging markets, and before that a Senior M&A Analyst at Solocal in Paris, where he handled direct equity investments in digital companies. A French-American national, he holds an MBA from INSEAD and a BBA from HEC Montreal.

Claude Kamga joined Blue Earth Capital in 2021 and brings over 15 years of industry experience. He was previously a Director at Wendel Group, where he invested in business services, education, and built environment companies, and earlier worked on the private equity and infrastructure teams at Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co., focusing on clean energy, transport electrification, and regenerative agriculture. He began his career in Credit Suisse's M&A group in London and holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BCom in Economics & Finance from McGill University.

David Moore joined Blue Earth Capital in 2022 and has over 15 years of industry experience. He was previously Head of Alternative Investments at Alexander Forbes Investments, where he developed private market programmes spanning infrastructure, private debt, direct property, and private equity, and earlier held roles at FMO (the Dutch Entrepreneurial Development Bank), Standard Bank, and RisCura. He holds an M.Bus.Sc (Finance), M.Com (Financial Management), and B.Bus.Sc (Finance) from the University of Cape Town.

Espen Haugen joined Blue Earth Capital in 2020 and has more than ten years of industry experience. He previously worked as an Associate at Partners Group across their Real Estate and Private Equity teams, and spent four years on commercial real estate M&A transactions covering the Nordics at a boutique advisory firm. He holds an MBA from the University of St. Gallen and a Bachelor's degree in Business and Economics from BI Norwegian Business School.

Fabian Hess joined Blue Earth Capital in November 2022, working in fundraising and investor relations. He previously served as a Business Developer in the Strategy & Initiatives area of Credit Suisse's Swiss division, and earlier held roles across asset management, financial controlling, financial advisory, and the solar industry. He holds a Master's degree in Accounting & Finance from the University of St. Gallen (HSG) and a federal diploma in commerce from an apprenticeship with UBS.

Hector Navarrete joined Blue Earth Capital in 2026, working in private credit. He previously worked at FTI Consulting on financial and operational restructurings and debt advisory, and before that at the International Finance Corporation (World Bank Group) on emerging market restructurings and special situations credits. He earlier worked in credit analysis at Moody's in London and Sydney, and holds a BSc in Economics from the University of Sussex.

Imar Nandha is a Director in Private Credit at Blue Earth Capital, which he joined in 2021, with over 15 years of industry experience. He previously served as a Senior Investment Officer at BlueOrchard Finance, handling debt investments to microfinance institutions and fintech platforms across South and South East Asia, and earlier worked in technology banking at Silicon Valley Bank, in leveraged finance at Bank of London and the Middle East, and began his career at KPMG. He is an ACA chartered accountant and holds a BSc in Chemistry with Management from the University of Warwick.

Nadya Menshikova joined Blue Earth Capital in 2018 and works in private credit. She was previously an Associate in the investment banking division at Goldman Sachs in London, covering M&A and capital markets transactions for EMEA financial institutions, and earlier held internships in impact investing and asset management in South-East Asia. She holds an MSc in Development Management and Anthropology and a BSc in Management from the London School of Economics.

Rita Nguyen joined Blue Earth Capital in 2024 and has five years of industry experience. She previously worked as an Investment Manager at PGGM, the asset manager for the Dutch healthcare-sector pension fund, focusing on fund and co-investments across Europe and Asia in various sectors. She holds an MSc in Finance and Investments Advanced and a BSc in International Business Administration from Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University.

Rohan Ghose joined Blue Earth Capital in 2020 and has over 15 years of industry experience. He was previously a Director at Palladium Impact Capital, an impact investment bank, and earlier held roles at LetterOne Technology (growth equity and VC investing), KPMG (deal advisory) and Analysys Mason (strategy consulting). He holds a BSc in Economics from the London School of Economics and completed the Social Finance Programme at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford.

Sunit Shah is a Principal on the Private Equity Partnerships team at Blue Earth Capital AG, where he works on primary, secondary, and co-investment opportunities. He previously served as Director on the Innovative Finance team at The Rockefeller Foundation (2021-2024), Manager at Bain & Company (2019-2021), Investment Analyst at the IFC/World Bank (2014-2017), and Senior Investment Analyst at Prudential (2010-2014). Shah holds an MBA from Wharton and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Cornell, and is a CFA charterholder.

Thomas Lee joined Blue Earth Capital in 2021 and has over a decade of industry experience. He previously spent five years at New Island Capital, a San Francisco-based impact investment firm, making growth equity investments in renewable energy and sustainable consumer companies, and earlier worked two years in investment banking at Goldman Sachs advising on M&A and capital markets deals in clean technology and renewables. He holds a B.S. in Business Administration and a B.A. in Economics from the University of California, Berkeley.

Beatriz Oliveira works as a Finance Analyst at Blue Earth Capital, joining from Abbott Products Operations AG, where she was a Financial Analyst focused on financial forecasts and market analysis. She previously worked across multiple departments at Siemens. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from ISCAC – Coimbra Business School.

Ben Gusenburger joined Blue Earth Capital in 2024. He previously worked as an investment funds lawyer at Partners Group, focusing on SMAs and closed-ended products, and before that at Linklaters LLP in Luxembourg, where he advised private markets asset managers on unregulated AIFs and private wealth products including ELTIFs. He is a Luxembourg-qualified lawyer and holds a master's degree in Law from UCLouvain, Belgium.

Blythe Burkhart joined Blue Earth in 2024 as an analyst on the private equity team. Before that, she spent two years at Goldman Sachs in the private equity investment team, working across sectors including impact. She holds a degree in Modern & Medieval Languages from Cambridge.

Cesar Diaz de Rada Serra joined Blue Earth Capital in 2026. He previously worked as an auditor in the Audit department at Deloitte S.L., where he handled audit engagements for industrial companies covering financial reporting, internal control testing, and accounting process analysis. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Rey Juan Carlos University of Madrid.

Christina Mueller joined Blue Earth Capital in 2022 and has over 15 years of financial industry experience. She previously served as a Senior Compliance Officer at AXA Investment Managers, and earlier worked at Man Group plc, Horizon21, and the RMF Investment Group across product legal, corporate legal, and compliance roles. She holds a master's degree in Law from the University of Zurich and Lausanne (2008).

Claudia Schorno is an Associate at Blue Earth Capital AG, where she focuses on private equity investment in sustainable technologies. Trained as a physicist, she has professional experience in infrastructure as well as emerging markets M&A and financing.

He previously worked on impact-driven investments in the private equity team at Edmond de Rothschild, in investment banking at BNP Paribas, and in direct infrastructure investing focused on renewable energy at Green Arrow Capital. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics & Management from LUISS University and a Master's degree in Management from ESCP Business School.

Gaudenz Biveroni joined Blue Earth Capital in 2023 and brings over 15 years of experience in HR and IT. He previously built and led a search firm focused on Private Markets, developed a large Swiss network of impact professionals, and founded the career platform Impactful.Careers, having earlier worked as a management consultant in financial services. He holds a degree from the University of St. Gallen.

Ignacio Cuesta Azcona joined Blue Earth Capital in 2025 with a background in equity sales and consulting. He previously spent two years as an Equity Sales professional at Rothschild & Co, serving institutional investors, and earlier worked as an Analyst at Accenture Strategy & Consulting on projects for banking clients. He holds a bachelor's degree in Economics from Carlos III University of Madrid.

Isabella Chan joined Blue Earth Capital in 2024 as an analyst in Private Equity. She previously worked as an investment banker at Bank of America, advising on M&A and capital markets transactions with a focus on asset management and specialty finance. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Applied Mathematics-Economics from Brown University.

Jacqueline De Biasi supports the Executive Committee and Senior Management and manages the office at Blue Earth Capital, which she joined in 2022. She previously worked as an executive and team assistant in the Private Equity Department at Partners Group in Zug. She holds a Swiss Federal Diploma in Marketing.

Matthias Daum joined Blue Earth Capital in September 2022, working in fundraising and investor relations. He previously supported S8nations, a Zurich-based NGO, on setting up an investment product, and worked at Fronteris Group where he helped establish a subsidiary in the Gambia, with additional experience in asset management, renewable energy, audit, and real estate. He holds a Master's degree in Banking & Finance and the Certificate Managing Climate Solutions (MaCS-HSG) from the University of St. Gallen.

Robert Cierny rejoined Blue Earth Capital in 2024. Before returning, he spent two years at Ardian building customized private market solutions for clients globally, and earlier worked two years in Blue Earth Capital's Investor Relations team, contributing to early operational processes. He earned a bachelor's and master's degree in Banking & Finance from the University of Zurich.

Samuel Hopkins joined Blue Earth Capital in 2020. He previously worked as an Associate on the Agriculture Equity team at responsAbility Investments AG, where he supported deal sourcing and execution in Latin America and Asia along with fund development and set-up, and earlier held a role at BlackRock working on risk and performance attribution analytics. He holds a Masters in Economics and Business from Sciences Po, Paris and a Bachelors in Economics from the London School of Economics.

Bea Miñana is Director of Communications & Impact Engagement at Closed Loop Partners, where she leads communications, brand, and impact storytelling across the firm's investment, innovation, and operating groups in support of the circular economy transition. She previously worked at Agritecture, an urban agriculture consulting firm advising entrepreneurs and investors on agtech feasibility in emerging markets, and began her career in brand strategy at Additive Impact. She holds an MS in Sustainability Management from Columbia University and a BS in Business Administration from Babson College.

Paul Tregidgo is an advisor to Blue Haven Initiative and the former Vice Chairman of Debt Capital Markets at Credit Suisse in New York, where he also served as Global Head of Debt Capital Markets and Global Head of Emerging Debt Capital Markets. He founded and co-chaired the bank's Impact Investing Advisory Council and led its Global Government Client Segment. Before joining Credit Suisse First Boston in London in 1985, he practiced international financial law in London and Hong Kong, and he holds a law degree from Downing College, Cambridge.
