A retired IDF Colonel and member of its crisis management and negotiation team, Amir has over two decades of high-tech management, investment and exit experience, having served as CFO and CEO in companies that exited via M&A and IPOs and sitting on high-tech boards. He holds an M.A. in Economics and an M.B.A. from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem.
