Aryella Frommer joined Altas Partners after nine years at Trian Partners, where she worked in investor relations and business development roles beginning in 2012, was named Head of Investor Relations in 2015, and became a Partner in 2018. At Trian she oversaw investor relations, business development, and client service globally and participated in the firm's ESG Working Group and Risk and Compliance Oversight Committee. Earlier in her career she held roles at Goldman Sachs Asset Management, Neuberger Berman, and Lehman Brothers Holdings, and she holds a BA in Political Science from Barnard College of Columbia University.

Jack Hansen is an investment professional at Altas Partners. He previously worked at Berkshire Partners, where he evaluated investment opportunities across various sectors and held portfolio company responsibilities, and earlier at Bain & Company in Toronto on private equity diligence and corporate strategy work. Adrienne Danson is a member of the team at Altas Partners. She previously worked at Advent International on private equity investments in the technology sector, and earlier was an Investment Banking Analyst at Goldman Sachs. Andrew Hauptman is Chairman of Andell Holdings, a private investment firm and family office he co-founded in 1998 with his wife, Ellen Bronfman Hauptman, which invests in private and public companies, real estate, and through external managers. He previously owned and chaired Major League Soccer's Chicago Fire Soccer Club (2007–2019), was a senior executive with Universal Studios in London, and worked in M&A and restructurings at Alex. Brown & Sons. He holds a B.A. from Yale University and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.

Before joining Altas, Brendan Beauregard worked as a Senior Accountant in KPMG's Financial Institutions and Real Estate Practice, where he handled audits of private equity, hedge funds, pension plans, and asset management clients. Chevonne Cloutier previously worked as a Financial Analyst at Bosch Canada, supporting the division's financial reporting alongside the controller. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) from McMaster University and is a Chartered Professional Accountant.

He is Chair of Rio Tinto and Chair of LeapFrog Investments, an emerging-markets impact-investment firm, and is a Senior Advisor and Partner at Radical Ventures, an AI investment firm. He previously served as Canada's Ambassador to China (2019–2021) and was a Senior Partner at McKinsey & Company, where he was Global Managing Partner from 2009 to 2018. Before joining Altas, Yazan Al-Asad worked at Uber Canada as a Capital Allocation Strategic Operations Manager, where he handled strategic initiatives and operational efficiency across Canada and the US. He earned a Bachelor of International Economics with High Distinction from the University of British Columbia.

Yves de Balmann was Co-Chairman of Bregal Investments, a private equity firm he built for the Brenninkmeijer Family, from 2002 to 2012. Earlier he was Co-Head of Deutsche Bank's Global Investment Bank and Co-Chairman and Co-CEO of Deutsche Bank Alex. Brown, and previously held senior roles at Bankers Trust, Citibank, and E.F. Hutton. He holds an engineering degree from the École Polytechnique in Paris and an MS in Operations Research from Stanford.
