Rick Rosen is Co-President of H.I.G. Capital, where he helps direct the firm's day-to-day operations and serves on the investment committees for all H.I.G. funds. He has more than 25 years of private equity and M&A experience and joined H.I.G. in 1998, having held leadership roles across several of the firm's funds. Before H.I.G., he worked at General Electric Company and GE Capital, including on the GE Corporate Finance Staff, and holds a B.S. in Economics from Stanford University and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
