May Samali is the Founder and CEO of Human Leadership Lab, where she works with organisations and individuals on leadership capability and performance as a speaker, facilitator, coach, and board director. She is a Fellow at the Institute of Coaching at Harvard Medical School, an Adjunct Senior Industry Fellow at RMIT University, a Venture Partner at 77 Partners, and previously served on the Board of Directors of Inspirato; her earlier roles include CEO of Ventures at the High Resolves Group, first employee at the Urban Innovation Fund, and work as a strategy consultant and lawyer. Samali holds a Master of Public Policy from Harvard University and degrees in Law and Economics from the University of Sydney, and holds coaching credentials including Certified Professional Co-Active Coach and Professional Certified Coach from the International Coaching Federation.
