If you’re looking for a good and under-the-radar restaurant in SF for dinner, cannot recommend Hed 11 enough. In Japantown. Delicious Thai food, great service, nice ambiance, and you get 8 courses for $97 pp. (though I’d recommend adding on the duck confit khao soi which was 🔥)

One Q I got yesterday that I loved: tell me about what the best way to work with each of the two founders is. (Do they respond better to metrics or anecdotes? Do they start convos with small talk or are they more to-the-point? etc)... was a fun question to think about + answer

I do candidate interviews and/or sell calls for my portfolio companies at least once a day. I have thus far found that the questions candidates ask me is nearly always (90% of the time?) correlated to how impressed I end up being by the candidate after they join.
