With nearly 30 years of C-suite experience, he has held CEO and COO positions across multiple industries and more than 30 countries, with particular expertise in telecom and real estate operations. He is an active angel investor and board member, and serves as a mentor at Endeavor.

Cristian Tala founded Pago Fácil, a fintech that grew from an open-source plugin used by 3,000 companies to a platform serving 6,000 clients before being acquired by Evo Payments. He currently operates as an angel investor in 30+ Latin American startups, founded Nakama Ventures, and serves as a limited partner in multiple investment funds while teaching engineering at the university level. Tala has authored two books on startup investment and entrepreneurship and created Cágala, Aprende, Repite, a community focused on practical lessons from entrepreneurial failures.

As of 2020, the platform processed over 32 million interactions monthly, serving approximately 2.5 million people.

Francisco Caceres is a Business Development Manager at CUNSA International, a contract manufacturer specializing in private label products in vitamins, minerals, and sports nutrition. María Victoria Escudero is a partner at MindWay Boutique Consulting with over 20 years of experience in international corporate environments across Finance, Strategic Planning, Controlling, Procurement, and Sales. Mario Miranda is Executive Director at Infracommerce Latam and founder of Ecomsur, a transactional e-commerce management company he established in 2011. Over more than 20 years, he has worked across e-commerce, technology, logistics, and systems implementation across Latin America, including the implementation of banking systems, ERPs, and sales strategies in Brazil, Argentina, Chile, Peru, and Mexico. Under his leadership, Ecomsur grew to over 500 employees and served more than 80 clients across Chile, Colombia, Peru, Mexico, and Panama before merging with Brazilian e-commerce company Infracommerce in April 2023, forming the largest e-commerce services company in Latin America.

Co-founded AAF and has invested in close to 140 technology companies across the US, Europe, and MENA, working alongside 80 blue-chip venture firms.

Oscar Gomez is CEO and founder of IntiCo.AI, a company focused on digital transformation through OpenCX/HX frameworks and agentic AI systems designed for banking, insurance, retail, and analytics sectors. Previously, he served as Chief Technology Officer at Santander Bank. Gomez also founded iTalkYou, a digital communications platform for SMBs launched in 2015, and has partnered with MyEcobox since 2019 on technology innovation in recycling and environmental sustainability. He holds degrees in civil engineering and systems engineering, along with an MBA.

Patricio Anguita serves as Chief Information Officer and Technology Manager at Fundación Arturo López Pérez.
