Before relocating to Singapore to join SBI Ven Capital, he was part of the Overseas Business Department at the Tokyo headquarters, handling global strategic partnership deals and monitoring strategic investments in Southeast Asia, Russia, and Israel. He spent over 7 years in the group's Legal & Compliance Department working on matters such as international joint venture and investment contracts, and holds a Bachelor of Laws from Meiji University.
