Misbah Naqvi is a Co-Founder and General Partner at i2i Ventures and a Kauffman Fellow with over two decades of experience in finance, fintech, and impact investing across emerging markets. He has worked in business development and finance in Pakistan and the United States, with expertise in base of the pyramid markets, social entrepreneurship, and international development. Naqvi maintains connections across business, nonprofit, and philanthropic sectors in both Pakistan and the US.

Kalsoom Lakhani is Co-founder and General Partner of i2i Ventures, Pakistan's first female-founded venture capital fund established in 2019, which invests in early-stage companies including Edkasa, CreditBook, Abhi, and others. She also founded Invest2Innovate in 2011, an organization supporting entrepreneurs in growth markets, and has trained entrepreneurs and leaders across multiple countries including Pakistan, Nepal, Bangladesh, and Kazakhstan. Lakhani is a Kauffman Fellow and has spoken at forums including the World Economic Forum, Aspen Ideas Festival, and the Global Entrepreneurship Summit.

Ailia has over 5 years of experience in Pakistan's equity market as an Equity Research Analyst at leading local brokerages. She holds a graduate degree in Business Administration from IBA Karachi.

Farwa has over 4 years of experience in finance and strategy. She previously served as Chief of Staff and Senior Investment Analyst at B2B e-commerce startup Dastgyr, and holds a Bachelors in Finance & Accounting from IBA Karachi.
