He previously spent about a decade at Riot Games as Head of Creative and IP Franchise for League of Legends, where he served as Product Director (2011-2014) and was Executive Producer on the Emmy-winning animated series Arcane, and earlier spent roughly ten years at Maxis Studios (a subsidiary of Electronic Arts) as a designer/producer on The Sims and SimCity franchises. He is also a founding venture/operating partner of the Haveli gaming private equity fund.

Ian Loring is Senior Managing Director and Executive Chair of Haveli Investments, a private equity firm focused on the technology industry, including enterprise software and video gaming. He previously spent 24 years at Bain Capital, helped found the cybersecurity-focused firm Crosspoint Capital, and earlier worked at Berkshire Partners and Drexel Burnham Lambert. Loring has served on corporate boards including ExtraHop, Central Square Technologies, Rocket Software, Blue Coat Systems, BMC Software, and Warner Music Group, and holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA from Trinity College.

Kristin Weston is Senior Managing Director at Haveli Investments. She has worked in SaaS for over 25 years, holding roles including CEO, general manager, board member, and board chair, and has served as CEO of five SaaS businesses. Her experience includes buy- and sell-side M&A transactions and integrations across the Americas, EMEA, and APAC, spanning structures such as LBOs and MBOs with valuations from $15M to over $10B, as well as board governance work in audit and compensation.

Lucas Joppa is Senior Managing Director at Haveli Investments, where he serves as Head of AI and Chief Sustainability Officer. His work spans technology, artificial intelligence, and the environment, drawing on experience as an investor, operator, and researcher.

Sandeep Swaminathan is a Senior Managing Director at Haveli Investments with more than 20 years of experience in technology investing and operating.
