Felix W. Schmitt is an early-stage investor and community builder based in Berlin who leads The Operator-Angel Collective, a syndicate of operator-angels and exited founders. Florian Huber is a Berlin-based serial entrepreneur and investor who co-founded EWOR, a fellowship program that provides €500,000 in funding and support from experienced operators to early-stage startup founders. He previously founded united-domains, which was acquired by 1&1 Group in 2015, and neubau kompass, acquired by Scout24 Group in 2024. Huber has invested in over 50 technology startups, served as co-founder and general partner at Signature Ventures (a Web3-focused VC fund), and received the Business Angel of the Year award from the German Business Angels Association in 2018.

Hubertus Bessau is a co-founder of mymuesli, a custom-mixed cereal company, as well as Project Eaden, which applies textile fiber technology to sustainable meat production, and RSN8 Labs, an AI-powered marketing technology platform. He currently serves as Partner and CMO at EWOR, where he identifies and supports early-stage technology founders.

Laura Raggl is Managing Partner at ROI Ventures, a family office investing pre-seed capital in European B2B technology startups and consumer goods brands. She previously served as Managing Director of the Austrian Angel Investors Association and held an investor track position at APEX Ventures, a deep tech VC firm. ROI Ventures invests up to €100,000 in SaaS and DeepTech companies and up to €300,000 in consumer goods ventures.

Lukasz Musialski is an AI Engineer at EWOR with background in software engineering, machine learning, and artificial intelligence. He previously served as CTO/CIO at Deutsche Digital Assets and held an investment role at FERI, a €50 billion AUM firm. He holds degrees in computer science and finance and has co-founded multiple startups.

Marcel Vogel holds a Bachelor's degree in Nanotechnology and a German Elite Master's degree in Materials and Advanced Processes, with academic focus on semiconductor development, catalyst design, and tissue engineering. He co-founded a Swiss think-tank for distributed ledger technologies in 2017 and led a web3 startup that became a prominent cryptocurrency news platform in the German-speaking region. Vogel currently serves as Head of Analytics and Growth on the leadership team at EWOR, a startup supporting ventures in GreenTech, Web3, and AI.

Philipp Meyer is Head of Development at EWOR. He has worked as an iOS developer since 2016 and is also involved with Sigma Squared and Volt Europa.

A serial entrepreneur with experience building and exiting companies in creative, consumer, and blockchain sectors. He holds an electrical engineering degree from ETH Zurich and is focused on product development and financial technology innovation.

Daniel Dubois is a two-time founder and exit who currently serves as co-founder at Handled and general partner at multiple investment vehicles including Side Door Ventures, a $100M early-stage fund, and Supernova, a growth-stage accelerator. He holds the position of global chair of Angels at YPO and previously worked in growth roles at Airbnb. Dubois has been recognized as Canada's Top Student Entrepreneur, a G20 Youth Delegate, and Top 30 Under 30.

Jens Ingelstedt builds world-class hackathon infrastructure and 48-hour startup experiments and is a Nordic 100 (2024)-recognized ecosystem builder and super-connector linking founders across the Nordics and beyond.

Leon Hergert is Co-founder and CEO of Spherecast. He has prior experience in supply chain and logistics planning roles across aviation and e-commerce sectors, and holds degrees in Information Systems from the Technical University of Munich and Technology Management from CDTM.

Omar Bawa is the co-founder and Chairman of the Board of Goodwall, a social education app used by more than 3 million young people that partners with companies such as Accenture, SAP, and Microsoft, along with governments and the United Nations, to develop skills-focused learning pathways.
