Barbara Lantz is a Partner and Executive Director at Meridiam. Trained as a generalist engineer, she has worked in infrastructure for 15 years across construction and financing, beginning with road project financing at the World Bank in Central Africa before holding operational roles at Vinci Concessions and Vinci Construction covering the financing, construction, and operation of large public infrastructure.

David Delgado Romero is Partner & Director CEE (EU) at Meridiam, where he has worked since 2005 as part of the founding team and contributed to securing the fund's initial cornerstone investors. Over his career he has been involved in more than 25 investments across projects totaling €24 billion in capital expenditure, and has served as chairman and board director of several project companies. He previously worked for public and multilateral organizations in the transportation sector, and holds a civil engineering degree from the Polytechnic University of Catalonia, an M.Sc. in Transportation, and a degree from Harvard's school of government.

Fadi Selwan is Senior Vice President, Head of Communications at PureTech Health, where he leads internal and external communications and investor relations for the clinical-stage biotherapeutics company and several of its Founded Entities. He has overseen communications for FDA approvals, IPOs, clinical data readouts, and M&A events, working across sectors including neurology, immunology, oncology, metabolic disorders, and rare disease over a 15-year career spanning in-house and agency roles. Selwan is also a founding producer of Biotech Hangout, a weekly discussion series hosted on X Spaces and available on podcast platforms.

Jonathan Dingle is an Executive Director at Meridiam, working in the Public-Private Partnership (P3) infrastructure sector, where he provides asset management and serves as a board member on portfolio P3 projects. He has led P3 bids in the US market and structured their commercial and financial terms, including the financing of the $2.3 billion Purple Line light rail project in Maryland, which involved $130 million in equity and $1.1 billion in Private Activity Bonds and TIFIA financing. With 11 years of experience across large-scale infrastructure projects, his background spans mechanical design of road tunnel ventilation systems, traffic and revenue forecasting, cost modeling, and project financing as an adviser to both sponsors and lenders.

Marie Lam-Frendo is Partner and Chief Strategy Officer at Meridiam, with 25 years of experience across infrastructure investment, advisory, and policy in both public and private sectors, focused on the energy and renewable sectors in emerging markets. She previously served as CEO of the G20 Global Infrastructure Hub and speaks and publishes on topics including infrastructure, sustainable and blended finance, leadership, and women in STEM and infrastructure. She holds master's degrees in engineering, strategy, and leadership, and is a Global Leadership Fellow of the World Economic Forum.

Olivier Bramaud Grattau is Partner and Executive Director at Meridiam. His experience covers project development and management in the infrastructure and utilities sectors, with a focus on infrastructure, transportation, and energy investment.

Thibault Simon is an Executive Director at Meridiam, where he works on Public Private Partnership (P3) infrastructure projects in the United States, providing asset management and serving as a board member on portfolio projects. He led the financing of the $2.3 billion Purple Line light rail project in Maryland, which included $130 million in equity and $1.1 billion in Private Activity Bonds and TIFIA, and has supported the financing of over $10 billion in recent U.S. P3 projects. His background spans development economics, project finance, public-private partnerships, and corporate and banking credits. He serves as a board member of Outrigger Impact and has held positions on supervisory boards and advisory committees for clean energy, environmental, infrastructure, and carbon funds.
