He holds a Master's degree in business and tax law and has over eight years of experience in compliance across corporate, retail, and investment banking sectors, as well as sovereign financing, and legal matters.

Inayath Djany is an Investment Associate at Digital Africa, focusing on early-stage startup investment in Africa. She holds a Master in Management from HEC Paris along with a certificate in Impact Investing and Entrepreneurship for Systemic Change, and has prior experience in sales and marketing, M&A, and entrepreneurship. Originally from Senegal, she is fluent in Wolof, French, and English.

Marie-Laure Angilella is an HR Manager at Digital Africa, an organization that supports early-stage technology entrepreneurs at the pre-seed and seed phases across sectors to develop impact-driven solutions.

Mohamed Diabakhate is a Data Engineer at Digital Africa with a background in physics and mathematics. He has two years of experience in digital marketing agencies and possesses expertise in distributed computing platforms including Google Cloud Platform and Hadoop, as well as data visualization tools such as Tableau and Google Data Studio.

Penelope Terranova is Chief Program Officer at Digital Africa, where she leads a support program serving over 60 early-stage technology startups across Africa. With more than 10 years of experience in international solidarity and African entrepreneurship, she has bootstrapped the "Talent 4 Startups" initiative, which has trained approximately 3,400 young people in technical professions across more than 20 African countries. Her work has taken her across multiple continents, including positions supporting women's rights in Southeast Asia and education initiatives in Latin America.

Sami Ajimi serves as Acceleration Manager at Digital Africa, supporting early-stage startups across the fintech and health technology sectors. With experience in the African startup ecosystem, Ajimi works with founders to advance their ventures.

Sara Nakhili is a financial manager and accountant at Digital Africa. She holds a master's degree in organizational audit with a focus on management and financial control from Université de Reims Champagne-Ardenne, as well as a master's degree in business management from Morocco's École Nationale de Commerce et de Gestion. Her background includes internship and permanent employment experience, including an internship at Sanofi.

Sokhna Kabir Mbaye is an Investment Associate at Digital Africa, where she focuses on early-stage startup investment in Africa. Stéphane Allou serves as Chief Financial Officer at Digital Africa, where he oversees financial operations supporting technology startups across the continent. He holds a degree in Economics and Management and has experience in financial and administrative management of organizations, as well as investment. Allou has founded multiple enterprises and associations focused on economic development in Africa.
