With 18 years of experience in private and public biotechnology, he has led multinational teams across company leadership, strategic planning, business development, and M&A transactions exceeding $500 million, while managing regulatory strategy, commercial development, and fundraising activities in the US, Europe, and Asia.

Iskender Dirik is managing director and founder of INFINITE DISRUPTION GmbH, where he advises CEOs on fundraising, exits, and executive branding. His background spans 25 years across founding multiple ventures, investing at EQT Ventures and Samsung NEXT Ventures (where he served as global head of generative AI), operating roles at Microsoft and Wix, and media work including founding C3, a content marketing agency, and involvement with Bauer Venture Partners. He integrates capital, storytelling, and executive branding as an integrated advisory practice.

Jonathan Hay is a Partner at Delin Ventures, where he invests in seed funds and early-stage businesses.

Carol Lynch is Chair at uMed and holds board and advisory positions. She has held senior executive roles across the pharmaceutical sector in North America and Europe, with experience in start-up, turnaround, and growth-stage businesses. She holds a degree in Zoology from the University of Sheffield and a Diploma in Marketing from Kingston University.

Jakub Czarnecki is a Financial Controller at Delin Capital with over 10 years of experience in financial management and turnaround operations. He specializes in financial analysis, revenue forecasting, budget development, and cash flow management, with a track record of improving operational performance and implementing cost reduction initiatives. Czarnecki has led cross-functional teams and provided financial support to business units while maintaining regulatory compliance.

Larry Illg is an investor and board director with over 25 years of experience in executive and advisory roles at multinational companies. His background spans consumer internet, media, and software sectors.

Matt Symes is an investor at Delin Ventures focusing on early-stage healthcare and life sciences companies. He previously served as Director and Head of Strategy & Finance at Adthera Bio, and worked as a consultant at BCG in the PIPE and Global Health practices. Symes is a Fellow of the Actuarial Society of South Africa.

Miguel Forte is Chief Executive Officer of Kiji Therapeutics and serves as an ARM Board Member. He holds an MD and PhD and brings over 30 years of experience across clinical, academic, regulatory, and pharmaceutical industry settings, with expertise in research and development, manufacturing, regulatory affairs, medical affairs, and general management. He previously served as President of the International Society for Cell & Gene Therapy.

Sarah Shackelton is a Partner in Talent at JEITO with over 20 years of experience in life sciences, health tech, and deep tech sectors. She advises investors, boards, and founders on talent strategy, with a focus on building senior leadership teams and board composition in venture-backed companies.
