Matt Symes is an investor at Delin Ventures focusing on early-stage healthcare and life sciences companies. He previously served as Director and Head of Strategy & Finance at Adthera Bio, and worked as a consultant at BCG in the PIPE and Global Health practices. Symes is a Fellow of the Actuarial Society of South Africa.

Miguel Forte is Chief Executive Officer of Kiji Therapeutics and serves as an ARM Board Member. He holds an MD and PhD and brings over 30 years of experience across clinical, academic, regulatory, and pharmaceutical industry settings, with expertise in research and development, manufacturing, regulatory affairs, medical affairs, and general management. He previously served as President of the International Society for Cell & Gene Therapy.

Caroline Haegeman is Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer of Athernal Bio, a company developing immunotherapies targeting high-risk clonal hematopoiesis, a precursor to acute myeloid leukemia. She holds a PhD in Oncology from Imperial College London and previously worked at Boston Consulting Group advising pharmaceutical and biotech companies on R&D and clinical strategy, and as a biotech investor at Delin Ventures. At Athernal, her responsibilities include corporate and capital strategy, cross-functional execution of preclinical programs, and advisor engagement.

Martina Lubrano di Ricco is Chief of Staff at DeepLife. Her background spans immunology and business development, including work connecting biotechs, pharmaceutical companies, and investors to expand drug pipelines. Her experience covers venture capital funding, deal making, and R&D strategy design for drug development.
