Brandon Zick is a consultant in energy transition and, since early 2022, a Business Angel coordinating sourcing for BADGE Business Angels des Grandes Ecoles, where he advises roughly 300 startups per year and has invested in around twenty projects, mainly in Green Tech. He works as a trainer at universities and with elected officials, supports municipalities in the western Paris area toward carbon neutrality and initial adaptation measures, and advises mid-sized companies in the circular economy. His prior roles include marketing director for the Services division at Engie and regional director at Suez, and he served as a reviewer for IPCC Working Group GT3 in early 2022 and is a certified Fresque du Climat trainer.

Nick Schupbach leads Ceres Partners' water resource investments through Appia Farms, handling deal sourcing, financial modeling, research, and due diligence. Before joining Ceres in November 2024, he co-founded Appia Capital Partners in 2023 and previously spent 17 years as Head of Natural Resources at Barings Private Equity/Real Assets and its predecessor Wood Creek Capital Management, covering water, farmland, timber, and carbon. Earlier he worked as a foreign exchange analyst and trader at the hedge fund Rayner & Stonington. He holds a B.S. in Finance and an M.S. in Global Financial Analysis from Bentley University and is a CFA charter holder.

Colby Hoffman is an Analyst on the Investor & Client Engagement team at Ceres Partners, a U.S.-based asset manager focused on food, agriculture, and water with $2B in assets under management that was acquired by WisdomTree, Inc. in October 2025. She supports the firm's investor relations and business development functions across capital raising, investor engagement, and relationship management, and previously spent four years at Drizly, working across consumer experience, market planning, and sales roles before and after the platform's acquisition by Uber Technologies. Hoffman holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications and Sociology from St. Lawrence University and completed additional studies at the London School of Economics and Charles University in Prague.

Larry Stickley is Chief Financial Officer at Ceres Partners, LLC, where he oversees finance and accounting for the firm and its affiliates. He previously worked as a tax manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, serving financial services clients with tax compliance, consulting, and accounting for income tax (ASC 740). He is a CPA.
