He previously co-founded a joint venture with a satellite operator to deliver satellite communication services to the leisure marine market and serves as Vice President of Guatefuturo, a foundation supporting higher education for Guatemalan students. He earned a BBA in Finance from Loyola University Chicago.

Chaya Nourafchan is Chief Compliance Officer at ATW Partners, with over a decade of experience in fund operations and management. She holds a BA in Economics from Touro College in New York and previously worked in the Securities & Finance practice at NERA Economic Consulting, contributing to research on securities class action lawsuits. She has also spent time at the Israel Securities Authority and worked on the investment and operations teams of a boutique hedge fund focused on alternative investments in the energy sector.

Dana Press is an Operations Associate at ATW Partners. Before joining the firm, she worked in Deloitte's Business Tax Services group, serving clients in consumer goods, media, and investment management. She earned a BS in Accounting and Economics from Syracuse University's Martin J. Whitman School of Management and an MSA from NYU Stern School of Business.

Jasmine Zhou is an Associate on the investment team at ATW Partners, where she works on transaction structuring and execution, due diligence, and portfolio company support. She previously worked as a Private Equity Associate at BC Partners covering technology and healthcare, and as an Investment Banking Analyst in Goldman Sachs's Global Industrials Group. She holds a BS in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University.

Jeffrey Cui is an Associate on the investment team at ATW Partners, where he works on transaction structuring and execution, due diligence, and portfolio company support. He was previously a Private Equity Associate at Tuatara Capital, investing across consumer and technology companies, and started his career as an Investment Banking Analyst at RBC Capital Markets in the Industrials and Diversified Services Group. He holds a BS in Finance from the Stern School of Business at New York University.

Shara Lopossa is the Personal Executive Assistant to Antonio Ruiz-Gimenez at ATW Partners, where she manages personal and professional operations and coordinates executive schedules. She previously worked at the private equity firm Tinicum, handling business and personal operations. Her background spans private equity, tech, and family office management.

Sophia E is an Associate on the investment team at ATW Partners, where she works on due diligence, transaction execution, and portfolio company support. She previously worked as an Associate at Goldman Sachs in FIG and structured finance. She earned a BS in Computer Science and Engineering from MIT.

Yosef Rosenthal is the Vice President of Finance at ATW Partners. Before joining the firm, he worked in Ernst & Young's Real Estate Assurance group, serving mortgage REIT and private equity clients. He holds a BS and MS in Accounting from the Sy Syms School of Business at Yeshiva University and is a licensed CPA in New York.

Zoe Leveen serves as an Executive Personal Assistant to Kerry Propper at ATW Partners, supporting his business and personal operations. She previously worked as a Chief of Staff for a high-net-worth individual and as Director of VIP Services at Ennismore. She holds a B.A. in Hospitality Management from Johnson & Wales.
