Radiant is an integrated AI infrastructure and cloud platform that combines software, compute, powered land and capital to build and operate what it calls AI Factories. Its software layer is a proprietary, dependency-free AI cloud offering NVIDIA accelerated computing alongside MLOps capabilities including inference, fine-tuning, a model registry, serverless Kubernetes and high-performance storage, plus intelligent scheduling, automated node management, secure multi-tenancy and a distributed control plane. The architecture is described as scaling from 10,000 to more than 100,000 GPUs while retaining operational autonomy and infrastructure control.

On the compute side, Radiant is an NVIDIA Cloud Partner and engineers and operates its facilities using NVIDIA GPU architectures including Blackwell and Rubin, with collaboration extending from datacenter architecture through software certification while Radiant retains design and operational ownership. The company states access to over 5 GW of live and 45 GW of renewable generation capacity globally, drawn from hydro, wind, geothermal, biomass and dispatchable natural gas, and positions its energy strategy as delivering power costs 20% below market. Capital is supplied by Brookfield, which the company says brings more than $100 billion in deployable capital and a portfolio of powered land sites with secured large-scale power access.
