Roy Geva Glasberg is the Founder and Managing Partner of AnD Ventures. He previously founded and served as general manager of Google's global accelerator program, and has built and run startup initiatives at companies including Google, Microsoft, and Deloitte, working with over 600 startups across five continents. At AnD Ventures, he supports founders throughout their company's lifecycle through AnD Studio and his network of investors and industry experts.

Dalit Krainer is a strategic consultant focused on organizational strategy and development, with more than 20 years of experience advising executive leaders and leadership teams on growth. She has held executive management roles across organizations ranging from early-stage startups to global corporations, working in multiple industries.

Danielle Zettel holds a B.A. in Hospitality and Tourism Management and has a background in event planning. She previously served in the IDF's foreign relations unit. At AnD Ventures she serves as Investor Relations Manager, handling communications and relationships with the firm's existing Limited Partners and organizing quarterly events.

Gary Ginsberg is a lawyer, corporate adviser and author whose career has spanned law, media, politics and communications for over 30 years. He began at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett, worked in the Clinton campaign and administration, and served as a senior communications and corporate affairs executive at News Corporation, Time Warner and SoftBank. He is a founding partner of the New York VC firm and start-up studio 25Madison and authored the New York Times bestseller "First Friends."

Josh E. Fidler earned his law degree from New York University School of Law (cum laude) in 1980, where he served as a Law Review editor, and his BA from Brown University in 1977. He works across real estate, venture capital, and investment management, serving as Co-Chairman and COO of Chesapeake Realty Partners, a founding partner of Boulder Ventures Ltd., and President of Macks Investments, Inc. and a principal in the Macks Family Office, where he handles asset allocation and investment selection.

Matan Malka is an Assistant Controller at AnD Ventures, where he helps prepare the fund's financial statements and supports financial initiatives. He previously interned in the international taxation department at Ernst & Young in Israel, advising high-tech companies on global expansion, organizational structure, and operational matters. He is a qualified CPA, holds a degree in economics and accounting from the Rupin Academic Center, and previously served as a sergeant in the IDF combat engineering forces.

Noy Dan is a venture capital and product leader with a background in public affairs and diplomacy, having served as a Public Affairs and Press Officer in the IDF and as Chief of Staff to the Deputy Ambassador in Washington, DC. She later worked in venture capital as Director of Investor Relations and joined WalkMe's product team, where she led its flagship product through its NASDAQ IPO and subsequent acquisition by SAP, managing the full product lifecycle across multiple products over four years. As Director of AnD Ventures Studio, she now mentors and scales early-stage startups and is seeking pre-seed investments.

Paz Lazar is Chief of Staff at AnD Ventures, focusing on strategic initiatives, cross-functional projects, and operational processes. She previously served as Head of FP&A, managing financial operations for more than 60 startups from Pre-Seed to Series A, and held a classified role in the Prime Minister's Office and a Special Operations Officer role (Captain, Res.) in the IDF. She graduated from the PPE Honors Program (Philosophy, Economics, Political Science, and Law) at Tel Aviv University.

Ron Porat is a serial entrepreneur who has founded and led multiple startups in cybersecurity, AI, and internet security. He sold Hacktics to Ernst & Young and Seeker to Synopsys, and later founded Shine and L1ght, both focused on protecting users and children from online threats. He works with startups to provide technical, product, and strategic guidance.

Mandy Rotner is a Certified CPA with more than 16 years of experience in financial roles across venture capital firms and private and public companies. She previously served as Controller for a family office in Israel and began her career as a Senior Auditor at Ernst & Young. As CFO at AnD Ventures, she supports the fund along with its studio and portfolio companies on financial matters.
