He previously served as U.S. Chief Technology Officer from 2012 to 2014 and as White House technology advisor from 2014 to 2017, and earlier held the position of CTO at the Department of Health and Human Services. Park co-founded health information technology company Athenahealth in 1997 and Castlight Health in 2008, and holds a degree in economics from Harvard College.
