Robert Poulin has 20 years of experience in technology markets, with work in business development, operations management, finance, and team building. He was one of the founders of Neustar, where he built the original business and later served as founder and general manager of Neustar's internet and other businesses, and he previously developed new ventures in Asia. He is a graduate of the University of California at Berkeley.
