Jacques joined USVP in 2005 and focuses on cloud, enterprise software and security investing, and on the Israeli and U.S. IT markets. Previously he was President and CEO of Monterey Design Systems (acquired by Synopsys) and founded the European subsidiary of Epic Design Technology; he holds a B.Sc. from Technion and an M.Sc. and Ph.D. in computer engineering from Carnegie Mellon.
