Eva Lau is the founding and general partner of Two Small Fish Ventures, where she backs early-stage transformative technology companies. She was previously a founding team member of Wattpad, leading community and content as the platform scaled its user base, and earlier served as director of product development at the Toronto accelerator Brightspark Labs. 2/4 Uber blew their entire annual token budget in 4 months. 4 months. Frontier models are incredible. Also expensive, slow at the edge, and helpless without internet. The next phase isn't one architecture winning. It's specialization. Different constraints, different winners.
