Eva Lau is the founding and general partner of Two Small Fish Ventures, where she backs early-stage transformative technology companies. She was previously a founding team member of Wattpad, leading community and content as the platform scaled its user base, and earlier served as director of product development at the Toronto accelerator Brightspark Labs. She holds a bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Toronto and an MBA from the Schulich School of Business.

2/4 Uber blew their entire annual token budget in 4 months. 4 months. Frontier models are incredible. Also expensive, slow at the edge, and helpless without internet. The next phase isn't one architecture winning. It's specialization. Different constraints, different winners.
