Rhiannon Davies, a New Brunswick native, has over 22 years of international business experience across multiple continents. She serves as a mentor and angel investor and is working to build a venture fund in the region promoting diversity in the early-stage ecosystem.

Over 25 years of clinical research and development experience. Previously held leadership roles in small biotech overseeing clinical development and program management across cross-functional teams. Spent over two decades at a leading global CRO in various project management and operational positions, including leading the program for the first FDA-approved angiogenesis-targeting therapy.

Amy leads Volta's community engagement, events, and physical space experience. A Tourism Management graduate of NSCC Lunenburg, she has held event and operations roles since 2010 across hospitality and the startup ecosystem.

Andy directs Volta's AI Productivity Lab, helping Atlantic Canadian SMEs adopt practical AI tools through experimentation, training, and support, with expertise in process and organizational design and rapid prototyping.

Bader keeps Volta running efficiently, supporting member experience, community engagement, and internal operations. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce in HR Management and a Master of Applied Health Services from Saint Mary's University.

Christian leads Volta's AI Productivity Lab programs, helping Atlantic Canadian businesses turn AI into growth outcomes. A former GM and three-time Head of Growth, he previously advised startups as a Volta Growth Partner and Tidal Venture Partners Venture Partner, and runs Grovi.io.

Laurie oversees Volta's finance and administration, bringing more than 25 years of financial, corporate, investor relations, and administrative experience with public and private mining and technology companies.

Samuel Lamothe Girard is a coordinator and strategic advisor in investment capital at Quebec's Ministry of Economy, Innovation and Energy (MEIE), overseeing investment capital initiatives and previously evaluating indirect investments in venture and early-stage funds. He has helped create programs such as Impulsion PME and the Eurêka Investment Fund.

Shrilakshmi (Shri) Subramanian is a Growth Coach at Volta, supporting early-stage tech startups through 1:1 coaching. With over 16 years in applied AI and digital transformation, she has been a General Partner at Venture Grade and holds degrees from BITS Pilani and a Master's from Saint Mary's University.

Sihan Shi is principal and founder of a Toronto-based consulting firm helping startups and scaling tech companies. With over a decade in product development and marketing, she has worked with TWG (acquired by Deloitte Canada) and OneMethod across fintech, social enterprise, and Web3.

Tapajyoti (Tukan) Das is CEO and co-founder of a stealth AI startup in Halifax, with over a decade in software development. He previously co-founded and led LeadSift, a VC-funded startup that was acquired, and studied text mining and NLP at Dalhousie University.

Seasoned biotechnology executive with over 20 years of leadership experience. Most recently President, CEO, and Board Member of Longboard Pharmaceuticals, leading its transformation and $2.6 billion acquisition by H. Lundbeck A/S in 2024. Previously Executive Vice President and CFO at Arena Pharmaceuticals. Career includes investment banking at Lehman Brothers and healthcare investing at TPG, with over a billion dollars in capital raised.

Laura leads how founders experience Volta's residency and community. She was previously CEO and Co-Founder of Side Door, a Halifax booking and ticketing platform she grew for nearly a decade, and has extensive experience in arts and music communities. She previously served on Volta's board.
