Elisa La Cava is a Principal on Trilogy Equity Partners' investment team. She previously spent five years investing at Madrona Venture Group, where she focused on early-stage enterprise software startups, and also worked at MATH Venture Partners, AT&T Corporate Development / M&A, Deloitte Consulting, and an early-stage biofuel startup. She holds a BA from Claremont McKenna College and an MBA from Northwestern's Kellogg School of Management.
