Drew Patterson is the CEO and co-founder of Thermal (launched 2021) and co-founder and Executive Chairman of JUICER (2021). He previously co-founded and served as Executive Chairman of Transparent Intelligence (2016–2022), a business intelligence platform for short-term rentals, was CEO of the travel comparison platform Room 77 (2013–2016), co-founded the travel site Jetsetter (2009, acquired by TripAdvisor), and was VP of Marketing at Kayak.com (2004–2009, later acquired by Priceline). He began his career at Starwood Hotels in 1999 and holds a Bachelor's degree in History from Harvard University and an MBA from Columbia Business School.

Andrew Walsh is a Partner at Tidemark. He began his investing career at Bessemer Venture Partners, where he worked on early-stage enterprise software and consumer internet investments and served as a board observer at several portfolio companies. He earned an economics degree with a neurobiology minor from Harvard College and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Ann Lee Steinberg is a Partner and COO at Tidemark. She previously served as Head of Investor Relations at NFX, was an early Partner at Sentinel Dome Partners, and worked in the Business Development Group at Ares Management, following earlier roles at Ralph Lauren Corporation and UBS Investment Bank. She holds an A.B. from Princeton University's School of Public and International Affairs with a Certificate in Finance, and an M.B.A. from The Wharton School.

Christian Kurth is a Partner at Tidemark with over a decade of experience working with growth-stage technology companies. Before Tidemark, he spent more than eight years as a Principal at JMI Equity, a growth equity firm focused on B2B software, and began his career on the Technology Investment Banking team at Wells Fargo Securities in San Francisco. He graduated cum laude from the University of Southern California with degrees in Business Administration and Accounting.

Rahul Agarwal is an investor at Tidemark. He previously worked on the investment team at Integrum, focusing on tech-enabled business and insurance services, and began his career as an investor at LLR Partners on their healthcare, education, and HR technology team. He earned a B.S. in Finance and Accounting with a History minor from NYU, graduating cum laude.

Rocky Gowni is a Partner at Tidemark, where he leads data science and is part of the investment team. He previously worked with the Corporate Strategy team at Chime, held data science and investing roles at Coatue Management, and began his career in Deloitte's Strategy & Operations consulting practice. Kevin Hamilton is a sales and marketing executive who works with founders on go-to-market strategy, growth, and customer experience. He was an early leadership team member at Opower (NYSE: OPWR) from Series B through IPO, and most recently served as Chief Marketing Officer at Toast (NYSE: TOST), leading Marketing and Business Development from Series C to IPO.

Tim Barash is a Tidemark venture partner and currently CEO of Dutchie, a cannabis technology platform for dispensaries. He previously served as chief business officer and chief financial officer at Toast, where he led finance, operations, and fintech, and earlier worked at early-stage startups and founded the record label Shock Value Records. He holds a BA in Finance from Stony Brook University and has invested in teams across vertical software, SaaS, fintech, and marketplace sectors.

Tim Kendall focuses on consumer technologies, preventative health, and mental health, with a "tech for good" orientation. He previously served as President of Pinterest, where he led product development, engineering, marketing, and sales, and before that was Facebook's Director of Monetization, building the company's advertising business. He holds an engineering degree and an MBA from Stanford University.

Anik Shah is an investor at Tidemark. Before joining, he was on the investment team at Susquehanna Growth Equity in Philadelphia, where he worked on sourcing and executing investments in B2B SaaS verticals. He holds a bachelor's degree in economics from Northwestern University.

Annamarie Kelly is the Data Science Engineering Lead at Tidemark. She previously managed the data stack and led technology initiatives at Innovius in San Francisco, where she built internal tools to support the investment sourcing, analysis, and outreach process. She holds a B.A. in Computer Science with a specialization in Intelligent Systems from the University of California, Irvine.

Betsy Ratliffe is an investor at Tidemark. She previously worked as an investor at JMI Equity in Washington, D.C., where she worked with B2B software companies in vertical software markets. She holds a degree in International Politics from the Walsh School of Foreign Service at Georgetown University.

Camille Dyquiangco is an Executive Administrator and Operations Manager at Tidemark. She previously worked as an in-house bookkeeper at Mah & Associates, an executive assistant at HighBar Partners, and an operations manager at Unusual Ventures. Eva Pullano is the Director of Marketing and Community at Tidemark. She previously served as Director of Marketing and Communications at Fin Capital, Communications Director at the venture studio West, and led communications at CircleUp, an early-stage consumer brand investment platform, after beginning her career at LaunchSquad. She holds dual degrees in International Studies and French Language & Literature from the University of Michigan.

Frank Xu is SVP of Finance and Administration at Tidemark. He was previously a Controller at Stockbridge Capital, a San Francisco private equity firm, where he handled financial reporting, valuations, and fund performance reporting, and before that worked in PwC's transaction services practice on financial due diligence for private equity clients, having started his career in PwC's audit practice serving venture capital and private equity clients. He holds a B.S. in Managerial Economics from the University of California, Davis, and is an active CPA.

Grace Qing is an investor at Tidemark. Before joining the firm, she worked in investment banking and technology investing in New York, focusing on B2B software, autotech, and fintech companies. She holds a degree from the University of Chicago with concentrations in Economics and English.

Nathan Hwang is an investor at Tidemark. He previously worked at FTV Capital in San Francisco, focusing on growth-stage enterprise software and services businesses, and started his career in Barclays' Global Technology Investment Banking Group. He holds a BBA in Business Honors and Finance from the University of Texas at Austin.

Nato Sandweiss is an investor at Tidemark. He previously worked at Banneker Partners, where he executed and supported investments in vertical software markets with a focus on agriculture and government, and began his career as an investor at Level Equity in San Francisco. Robert Lopez is Chief Executive Officer of accessiBe and serves as a board member of Workable. Previously, he held the role of Chief Revenue Officer at Justworks, where he joined shortly after the company's founding and led its growth from $50,000 to over $350 million in annual recurring revenue while building a commercial organization of more than 700 people and expanding the customer base to over 10,000. Earlier in his career, he held commercial leadership positions at Groupon's Latin American operations and worked in finance at Platinum Equity and Morgan Stanley. He also participates as an investor in software companies.
