Stafford Capital Partners

Geoff Norman co-founded Stafford Capital Partners and served as its Chair from 2000 to 2021. Before that, he established Pantheon Ventures' Asia Pacific operations, which was later acquired by Pantheon. He holds law and accounting degrees from the University of Canterbury and a Master's in Management from MIT as a Sloan Fellow, and is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and a New Zealand Harkness Fellow.

Richard Bowley is a co-founder of Stafford Capital Partners. He previously served as CEO of Pantheon Ventures. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant with KPMG in London and holds a BSc Honours in Chemistry from Exeter University.

Stephen White co-founded Stafford Capital Partners in 2000. Before that, he spent over a decade at Macquarie Bank's Asset Management Division, where he set up and invested a $220 million private equity program. He joined Macquarie Bank when it acquired Risk Averse Money Managers, where he had been an owner and director.

Niels Bardelmeijer is a Partner at Stafford Capital Partners. His background includes work in alternative asset management, private equity at Robeco Private Equity, and structured finance at ING Real Estate Finance. He holds a Master of Science in Business Administration with a major in Corporate Finance.
