Scott Whalen is a Transaction Partner at RueOne Investments with over 20 years of private equity and venture capital investing experience as a private equity principal and investment banker. He previously spent nine years as a principal and portfolio manager at a middle market investment fund overseeing more than $3 billion in assets, co-founded a $325 million equity fund focused on emerging technology companies, evaluated high yield securities at Trust Company of the West, and began his career as an investment banker at Citigroup. He holds a Master's in Mathematics from Columbia and a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania.

Stephen Frangione is a Partner and Chief Operating Officer at RueOne Investments and serves on its Board of Directors, including the Nominating & Governance Committee and the Legal, Compliance and Cybersecurity Committee. He has about 20 years of experience in institutional capital markets, including roles as Managing Director and Head of U.S. Investor Products and Equity Derivatives at Royal Bank of Scotland, Principal in Equity Products at Banc of America Securities, and SVP at J.P. Morgan Securities, with an earlier consulting career at Coopers & Lybrand. He holds an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a BA in Economics from Amherst College.

Daniel Poremba has nearly 35 years of experience structuring and managing complex real estate transactions, having served on senior management teams of international real estate firms and directed regional offices in Denver, San Francisco and Washington, DC. He most recently was SVP / Managing Director of Commercial Real Estate for Denver International Airport, overseeing mixed-use development across 17,000 acres. Earlier roles include Director of Land Acquisition & Development at Oakwood Homes, Director of Development at ServiceStar Development Company, and executive positions at LaSalle Partners, ORIX Real Estate Equities and the Prudential Real Estate Group.

Jami Taylor is a Managing Director at Stanton Park Capital, an M&A advisory firm focused on the middle market. She previously held global leadership roles at Johnson & Johnson, where she evaluated and executed external partnerships supporting R&D and commercial goals, and has additional background in communications, investor, and government relations. She earned an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management, a Master of Liberal Arts from Harvard University, an executive leadership certificate from Cornell University, and a BA from the University of Virginia.

Jeff Baehr is a General Partner at RueOne Investments, an early-stage venture firm he founded in 2016 to offer an alternative to the commingled fund structure traditionally used in alternative investments. He has more than 15 years in the hedge fund industry as both a manager and allocator, including founding Empiric Asset Management in 2007, where he raised over $150 million across the Empiric Strategic Income and Market Neutral Funds, and serving as Director of Research and investment committee member at fund-of-funds ARIS Capital Management. Baehr previously worked at The Carlyle Group, Deutsche Bank Advisors, The World Bank, and Strategic Financial Solutions, and graduated with honors from The George Washington University.

Jim Purinton is a commercial real estate professional with over 35 years of experience covering acquisition, development, management, and disposition of retail, office, industrial, and multifamily properties across 22 U.S. states and Canada. He is Managing Principal at Purinton Development, LLC, founded in 2004, and previously served as Senior Managing Director at Alliance Commercial Partners and as President and CEO of ORIX Real Estate Holdings for 16 years. His work has included underwriting value-add acquisitions, arranging equity and financing, and providing brokerage, management, and consulting services.

John Siciliano has more than 30 years in financial services and currently serves as Managing Director and Global Strategy Leader in PwC's Global Asset Management Advisory Practice, advising asset managers on strategy, product, distribution, operations, and finance. He previously was CEO of New York Life's six money management firms (roughly $100 billion in AUM), Co-Managing Partner of Grail Partners, and held leadership roles at BKF Capital Group, Dimensional Fund Advisors, and Payden & Rygel. He holds a B.A. from Pomona College and an M.B.A. from Stanford University's Graduate School of Business.

Larry Rosenblatt has more than 40 years of experience in the energy sector, focused on development and operations, including LNG project development, marketing, and government negotiations across Australia, PNG, Qatar, the US, UK, and Italy. He helped establish Mobil's LNG business unit and held vice presidential roles at Mobil and ExxonMobil across exploration & production, LNG, power, and global gas operations. He founded Rosenblatt Advisors, an oil and gas consulting and investment firm, co-owns energy infrastructure advisory firm R Square Energy Ventures, and holds a civil engineering degree from Princeton and a master's in management science from USC.

Michael Yoon has more than 20 years of executive management experience in technology and product across startups and large corporations. He previously served as CTO and head of Product at MiMedia, a consumer cloud company, CTO at the Kaplan TechStars education company Smarton, Executive Director at Morgan Stanley, and VP Engineering at Barnes & Noble.com, and earlier built trading and market-monitoring systems at Bloomberg. He holds an MBA in Finance from Columbia Business School and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical Engineering from McGill University.

Neil Wolfson is an Operating Partner at RueOne Investments focused on fintech. He previously spent 10 years as President and CIO of SF Capital Group, a billion-dollar family office where he made over 30 direct debt and equity investments in emerging technology companies, and earlier served as CIO and President of Wilmington Trust Investment Management, a Partner at KPMG, and a portfolio manager at Kidder, Peabody & Co. He holds an MBA in Finance and a BS in Management from New York University, is a CFA charterholder, and teaches Portfolio Theory as an Adjunct Professor at Rutgers Graduate Business School.

Steve Shaiken has more than 40 years of experience in the global branded destination entertainment industry, holding senior roles at Universal Parks & Resorts, Royal Caribbean International, Starwood, and Hilton Hotels & Resorts. He served as president of Smithsonian Business Ventures, president of Spencer Gifts (a Vivendi Universal division), and executive managing director at Adventure World Warsaw. He currently consults within the branded and themed environment for clients including Disney, Universal, Aramark, Hudson News, and Sea World.

Thomas Macpherson is Healthcare Operating Partner at RueOne Investments and works as an investment manager at Dorfman Value Investments in Boston, MA. He previously was Managing Director of Nintai Partners, a healthcare informatics consulting firm that advised executives and boards on data, informatics, and IT strategy across the healthcare ecosystem.
