Jordan Blashek is a General Partner at Overmatch Ventures, an early-stage venture capital firm investing in deep tech, defense, and space technologies. He previously co-founded America's Frontier Fund and Roadrunner Venture Studios, and worked with Eric Schmidt to establish Schmidt Futures. Blashek served as an Infantry Officer in the United States Marine Corps from 2009 to 2014, including two combat tours, and holds degrees from Princeton University, Yale Law School, and Stanford Graduate School of Business.

Adam Hammer is Co-Founder and CEO of Roadrunner Venture Studios and a General Partner at Roadrunner Fund, where he builds and invests in early-stage frontier technology companies in advanced manufacturing, energy, and next-generation compute. He previously served as Managing Director and Head of Strategy at Schmidt Futures, was COO of the post-quantum encryption company Qrypt, and earlier advised energy and industrial companies at Goldman Sachs. He holds degrees from Wake Forest University and Yale University and serves as an Intelligence Officer in the U.S. Navy Reserves.

Mike Mettler is a General Partner at the Roadrunner Fund with a background founding and investing in early-stage startups. He cofounded card.io, a machine learning computer vision company acquired by PayPal, and Canopy, a climate emissions modeling startup acquired by Self. Earlier he held product management roles at AdMob (acquired by Google) and Bloom Energy, and worked as an associate at In-Q-Tel; he holds a degree in Math & Computational Sciences from Stanford and an MBA from Harvard.

Steve McGrath is Managing Director and Head of Venture Studios at Roadrunner Ventures, where he leads efforts to build frontier technology companies in strategic sectors. He has co-founded companies in applied AI, semiconductor manufacturing, and climate tech across the U.S. and Asia, and previously served as President of Shell Ventures for North America and China, and as a Partner at Bain & Company in Singapore where he co-founded ventures in energy, advanced manufacturing, and technology. He earlier co-founded Strategos with Gary Hamel and C.K. Prahalad, remains a Senior Advisor at Bain, and holds BA and MA degrees in Physics from Cambridge and an MBA from Stanford.

One of the two Bertoldi brothers who control Bertoldi Holding; part of the third generation that took over the company in 2014.

Chris Haugh is a Venture Partner at Collateral Good, where the focus is on supporting fundraising and sourcing investment opportunities. With over 20 years of experience in public markets across analysis and asset management, Haugh has more recent exposure to venture capital and specializes in the consumer and premium brand sectors, including DNVB business models.

Dr. Luis Chavez serves as General Counsel of Innventure, Inc. (Nasdaq: INV), where he is also a member of the Board of Directors and the Executive Committee. His background includes work as general counsel for both a publicly traded company and privately held technology companies.

Jim Ward is a Venture Partner at Alsop Louie Partners, working with the GPs on investment strategy and brand building while engaging with portfolio companies. He is also CEO of Integral Reality Labs and previously served as co-CEO of Meow Wolf and as President of LucasArts / SVP of Lucasfilm, following an earlier career in advertising.

Katherine Binney is Senior Manager, Product at Roadrunner Venture Studios, where she works on building companies in energy, advanced manufacturing, and next-generation compute. Her role involves identifying technology innovators, bringing them into the Roadrunner portfolio, and supporting their path to market. She has a technical background.

Miguel Delgado is a Manager at Roadrunner Venture Studios. He previously competed as a professional golfer on the Asian Tour and PGA Tour Canada, and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Notre Dame.

Nicole Lopez is a CPA with over 18 years of experience in finance and accounting across industries including eCommerce, SaaS, aerospace, consumer goods, hospitality, healthcare, real estate, and AI technology. She currently serves as Finance and Accounting Controller at Roadrunner Venture Studios. Her prior work includes directing finance operations for an international aerial firefighting company, preparing IPO-ready financials for a consumer goods brand, supporting M&A due diligence and receivership in aerospace, and leading ERP implementations and remote transitions.

Co-founder of 3D-printing and advanced materials company ICON, founding partner of incubator Saturn Five, and founder of TreeHouse; a member of the Council on Foreign Relations.

Co-founder and partner at Alsop Louie Partners with over 30 years of national security and investment experience. He was an early CEO of In-Q-Tel (1999-2006), served on the Defense Innovation Board, was a Commissioner on the National Security Commission on Artificial Intelligence, and co-founded and leads the America's Frontier Fund.
