Deputy Governor and Head of PIF's International Investments Division since 2021, leading investment strategy across public markets, private markets, real estate and infrastructure. He previously held executive roles at Saudi Fransi Capital and chairs Lucid Group and Manara Minerals.

Deputy Governor and Head of MENA Investments, managing PIF's local and regional portfolio of nearly 100 companies. He joined in 2015 as Chief of Staff and previously headed M&A at the Saudi Capital Markets Authority.

Head of the Risk Division and Chief Risk Officer since 2020, overseeing investment, operational and cybersecurity risk management. He was previously Chief Risk Officer at Morgan Stanley Investment Management.

Head of Corporate Affairs, joining PIF as Head of Corporate Communications in 2019. He previously spent 12 years at Royal Bank of Canada and held senior communications roles at Weber Shandwick, S&P and McDonald's Ronald McDonald House Foundation.

Chief of Staff and Secretary General to the Board, leading strategic planning, governance advisory and portfolio company affairs. She joined PIF in 2017 after working at PricewaterhouseCoopers.

Head of Internal Audit since 2019, providing independent audit assurance across PIF's investment and support functions. He previously led audit at Barclays and Prudential in Asia and held senior roles at Deutsche Bank.

Member of PIF's Board of Directors, serving as Minister of State and a member of the Saudi Council of Ministers.

Head of Compliance and Governance and senior advisor to the Governor since 2021. She was previously CEO of Samba Financial Group, the first Saudi woman to lead a major bank in the Kingdom.

Chief Financial Officer since 2016, overseeing finance, capital structuring and global capital financing. He previously held finance leadership roles at Kingdom Holding, Mobily and SALIC, and is a certified CPA.

Elizabeth Mändul is CEO and Team Lead at LIFT99 Tallinn and serves as Operations Manager at the Estonian Startup Awards. Her background spans product ownership, quality assurance, operations, and lead generation, with prior roles including Operations Specialist, QA Engineer, and Product Owner.
