Investment thesis
Octalfa is a family holding company operating through three complementary approaches: seed financing, company creation, and buyout/succession. In seed, it invests from a company's first financing round with follow-on capacity, writing checks of €150k-€400k and aiming to make 10 investments in France. In creation, it hosts entrepreneurs-in-residence and co-creates and finances companies, investing €100k-€2M depending on maturity and needs. In buyout/transmission, it finances management-led acquisitions of profitable B2B companies (excluding services) with enterprise values of €1M-€5M, investing €500k-€2.5M and becoming a reference shareholder able to fund the next development cycle.
