Octalfa is a family holding company operating in three complementary ways: seed financing, company creation, and buyouts. It invests from a company's first financing round with the ability to follow on in later rounds, typically committing between EUR 150k and EUR 400k, with a goal of making 10 investments in France. It also supports entrepreneurs-in-residence to build new ventures, co-creating and financing companies with EUR 100k to EUR 2M depending on maturity. Additionally, it finances management buyouts of profitable B2B (non-service) companies with enterprise values between EUR 1M and EUR 5M, becoming the reference shareholder able to fund the next development cycle.
