Tamin Pechet is CEO of Upwell, which co-founded and invested in Kilonova Capital, Upwell Water, and Hawk Hill Group. He founded and led Imagine H2O, a water technology accelerator, and Banyan Water, a software and analytics company operating water systems. Earlier he was a principal investor in Goldman Sachs's Special Situations Investing group, where he helped launch two of the firm's subsidiaries.

Mark Watt is the founder of Kilonova Capital and has worked on technology mergers, acquisitions, and investments totaling over $180 billion. He previously served as President of a $1 billion technology holding company, Head of Internet & Digital Media Investment Banking at William Blair and Merrill Lynch, and Managing Director at TriplePoint Capital. He holds an LLB in Commercial Law & Space Law from the University of Aberdeen.

Wes Goldstein helped launch Energy Impact Partners and Mobility Impact Partners, two private equity funds investing in the energy and transportation sectors, where he focused on sourcing and evaluating AI and enterprise software businesses. He co-founded three companies — Above Data, EnerNet Global, and Judex — working in alternative data, microgrid development, and AI fraud detection. He previously served as Managing Partner at HTI, an advisory services firm serving early-stage to middle-market technology companies, and holds a B.S. in Finance and Economics from Wittenberg University.

Marcos Battisti is a venture and growth capital investor who has worked in technology investing since 1998. He spent 1998 to 2016 at Intel Capital, serving as Managing Director for Western Europe & Israel and a member of the worldwide investment committee from 2010, and was appointed Vice President in 2013. He later held senior roles at C5 Capital and founded the deeptech fund Skylake Capital in 2019 before joining Kilonova Capital. He is a Naval Architect and Marine Engineer from the University of Sao Paulo's Polytechnic School and holds an MBA from INSEAD.

Mayank Vidyarthi is a Principal at Kilonova Capital. He previously worked as an investment professional at Digital Alpha, a digital infrastructure growth investor spun out of Cisco, and has held roles at Caligan Partners, KKR, and Goldman Sachs. He is an honors graduate of New York University's Stern School of Business, where he majored in Finance and Mathematics, and completed finance and accounting coursework at The Wharton School.

Ross Ford is a Principal at Kilonova Capital who has previously worked on investments spanning financial technology and services, digital infrastructure, and software services. He founded and led Rookery Partners, an independent sponsor focused on growth equity and opportunistic investments in corporate equity and real estate, and earlier worked with Allstate Investments' Opportunistic Investments Group and Capital One's Corporate Strategy Group. He currently advises the CEOs of several venture-backed companies and holds an A.B. from Harvard University and an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.

Abe Morris is President of Rittenhouse Advisors, LLC. He has over 35 years of experience in operations and finance, including raising more than $5 billion in public and private capital, executing global mergers and acquisitions, and holding senior corporate management positions. His background spans multiple industries including telecommunications, renewable energy, recycling, consumer packaging, geospatial mapping, magazine publishing, food retailing, and construction, with experience restructuring multinational companies across the United States, Canada, and Europe.

Anurag Chandra serves as Chief Investment Officer of a single-family office and Investment Committee Chair for the San Jose County Employees' Retirement System pension plan. He has managed over $2 billion in venture capital investments across multiple market cycles and held executive positions at two companies that achieved public exits. Atul Shinde is Strategy Director at Southshore Resources Limited with over two decades of experience in deep-tech B2B ventures spanning AI/ML, robotics, urban mobility, and renewable energy across Asia, Africa, and the United States. He has held senior executive roles including CEO and C-suite positions at Fortune 500 and Silicon Valley companies, managing a $300M annual P&L and leading $600M in global product marketing, while raising over $200M from venture capital firms. Shinde has contributed to standards development at IEEE, ITU, and the Linux Foundation, and has generated over $500M in aggregate value through strategic partnerships, M&A transactions, and channel development.

Bill Beyer is a Managing Director at EY who leads initiatives focused on the space sector and support for Department of Defense and intelligence agencies. He directs the Smart Base campaign, which addresses innovation and technology deployment for DOD installations and personnel security.

Claire Chauvel is a Senior Associate at Kilonova Capital. She previously worked as an investment professional at the International Finance Corporation (World Bank), on the Sub-Saharan African Infrastructure and Energy Investment Team in Nairobi, and earlier held roles in Technology M&A at Jefferies and EY in London. She holds a Joint Honors B.A. in History and Economic Development Studies from McGill University and a Post-Graduate Diploma in Accounting and Finance from the London School of Economics.

David Anderman is a space venture capitalist and aerospace executive who serves as Co-Founder and General Partner at Stellar Ventures, which has invested in over three dozen early-stage space companies, and as CEO of Sovera Corporation. Previously, he held the position of General Counsel at SpaceX, where he supported major initiatives including the Starlink satellite internet system and human spaceflight programs, and spent 16 years at Lucasfilm Ltd. in roles including General Counsel and Chief Operating Officer. His career began as an intellectual property litigator in Silicon Valley and includes C-level positions at multiple technology startups.

Dr. Eric Cole is founder and CEO of Secure Anchor Consulting, a cybersecurity advisory firm. With over 30 years of experience beginning at the CIA, he has served on the Presidential Commission on Cyber Security under two administrations and advised Fortune 500 boards on incident response and risk management. He is the author of eight books, including a Wall Street Journal number-one bestseller, and speaks at conferences and corporate events on cybersecurity risk and strategy.

Geoff Adamson serves as CFO of Upwell Water and chairs its Executive Capital & Investment Committee. He previously worked as a Partner and Head of Research at GoldenTree Asset Management, and as a Managing Director at Goldman Sachs, where he co-headed Multi-Strategy Investing and sat on the Americas Special Situations Group Investment Committee. He holds a B.S. in Engineering from Princeton University.

Greg Richards is a Managing Director at Generate Capital with over 20 years of experience in private investing, investment banking, and leveraged finance. He has led and executed investments primarily in the utility, project finance, and energy technology sectors.

Jesse Cuevas is General Counsel of Kilonova Capital and Upwell. His legal work has centered on capital markets transactions for sponsors including TPG, Silverlake, and Goldman Sachs, and he previously worked as a sell-side M&A investment banker at Lazard. He started his corporate practice at Cravath, Swaine & Moore in New York City and most recently practiced at Ropes & Gray in San Francisco. He holds a BA and a Juris Doctorate from Stanford University.

Keri Findley developed a form of asset-based lending directed at venture-backed companies. From 2009 to 2017 she was a Partner at the hedge fund Third Point LLC, where she started and built its structured credit business, and earlier worked as an analyst at EOS Partners and at D.B. Zwirn & Co. She holds a B.S. in Operations Research from Columbia University and advises the venture firm 8VC.

Larry Klane serves on the boards of Goldman Sachs Bank USA, Navient Corporation, and The Real Brokerage Inc., and previously held board roles at Verifone Systems, Nexi Group, Ethoca, Korea Exchange Bank, and Aozora Bank. In 2014 he co-founded Pivot Investment Partners, a private investment firm focused on financial technology companies, after leading Cerberus Capital Management's Global Financial Institutions Group and serving as Chairman and CEO of Korea Exchange Bank. Steve Empedocles is CEO of Clark Street Associates, a firm that helps companies from startups to Fortune 500 organizations secure non-dilutive government funding. With over 25 years of experience in semiconductors, energy, and nanotechnology, he has previously held business development roles at Quantum Dot Corporation and Nanosys, and holds a PhD in Physical Chemistry from MIT.

Steven Wastie is an Operating Partner at H.I.G. Capital with experience in go-to-market strategy, marketing operations, and scaling companies across global markets. His background includes leadership roles in demand generation, marketing technology, and business development, with involvement in multiple company exits and category leadership positions. His skill set encompasses communications strategy, marketing automation, AI applications, and team building from early stage through 50+ person organizations.

Teresa Briggs is a former Deloitte LLP partner who spent 37 years at the firm before retiring in 2019, serving as lead partner for major clients including Apple and holding roles such as Vice Chair for the West Region and San Francisco/Silicon Valley managing partner. She founded Deloitte's board readiness and Women on Boards programs, and was a 2019 Fellow at Stanford University's Distinguished Careers Institute. She currently sits on several corporate boards.

Will Roberts runs operations at Kilonova Capital. He swam competitively for the University of Michigan and UC Berkeley across undergraduate and graduate school, and worked at SRI International as a research engineer on a low-cost hydrokinetic energy project, focusing on technoeconomic modeling and project analysis. He later moved into startups, working on growth and business operations at a transportation company called Captyn, and founded Athletes in Tech, a community for athletes working at startups.
