Andy Brahier joined IGP from the Industrials Group at Robert W. Baird & Company, where he worked as an investment banking associate in Milwaukee focusing on mergers and acquisitions advisory for manufacturing and distribution clients. He previously worked as an investment banking analyst at TKO Miller in Milwaukee. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh.

Anna McNabb joined IGP in 2022, providing executive support to several investment and operating professionals and overseeing administrative functions in the firm's Chicago office. She previously worked as an Executive Assistant and Recruiting Coordinator at Arcline Investment Management. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Advertising from the University of San Francisco.

Brian Orkin has about thirty years of experience in private equity and M&A involving middle market industrial companies. He joined Industrial Growth Partners in 2026, where he sources, evaluates, and executes new investments and oversees existing portfolio companies and divestitures. He previously worked at Arsenal Capital Partners and The Anderson Group, LLC, co-founded a bank holding company, and earlier practiced as a corporate finance attorney. He holds a BA from the University of Michigan, a JD from California Western School of Law, and an MBA from the University of Pittsburgh.

Bryant Buraruk works at Industrial Growth Partners, having joined from Barclays, where he was an investment banking associate in Houston advising on M&A, financings, and equity transactions in the natural resources and renewable energy industries. Before Barclays, he was a drilling engineer at Halliburton in their Consulting & Project Management group. He holds a B.S. in Petroleum Engineering from Texas A&M University and an MBA from the University of Texas at Austin.

Connor Demsher joined Industrial Growth Partners from EY-Parthenon, where he served as a Senior Associate in the Los Angeles office advising corporate and private equity clients on buy-side and sell-side diligence in the industrial sector. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a finance emphasis from the University of Southern California's Marshall School of Business.

DiFranco has more than 20 years of experience in private equity, M&A, and financing for lower middle-market companies, and joined IGP in 2012, where he sources, evaluates, and executes new investments and advises portfolio companies. He previously worked at Blue Point Capital Partners in Seattle, in investment banking with the Industrials Group at McDonald Investments, in middle market lending at Bank One, and as COO of an air charter transportation startup. He holds an MBA from the Vanderbilt University Owen Graduate School of Management and a BS in Finance from Boston College.

Dave Paborsky joined Industrial Growth Partners in 2019 as an Operating Partner, where he supports operating and value creation efforts across the portfolio, including board oversight, strategic planning, organizational development, and go-to-market execution. He previously served as CEO of IGP portfolio company Grakon, a maker of lighting systems and controls for vehicle OEMs, and earlier held engineering, finance, and management roles at Ford, General Motors, and Visteon across Europe and China. He holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Rochester and a Master of Mechanical Engineering and an MBA from the University of Michigan.

David Huberfield is an Operating Advisor to IGP with over thirty years of experience in general management within the global industrial technology market. In 2004 he partnered with IGP to lead The TASI Group Inc. as President and CEO, building a global test, measurement and automation business, and previously served as Chairman, President and CEO of Hunt Valve Company Inc. after beginning his career in marketing and sales at Graco Inc. He holds a Master of Arts in Economics from the University of Amsterdam and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Sussex.

Eric Heglie joined Industrial Growth Partners in 2000 and works in private equity and M&A focused on lower-middle market industrial companies. As one of the firm's Managing Principals, he shares responsibility for firm management and the investment process, including sourcing, evaluating, executing, and monitoring investments and divestitures. Before IGP, he spent four years at Jefferies & Company, and he holds an MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and a BA from UCLA.

Eshan Talluri joined Industrial Growth Partners from Oppenheimer, where he worked as an Investment Banking Analyst in San Francisco advising clients on mergers and acquisitions, financings, and equity transactions in the Technology, Media, and Telecommunications sectors. He earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and a Master of Professional Accounting from the University of Texas at Austin, where he was captain of the men's tennis team.

Hannah Tobey is a Senior Executive Assistant at Industrial Growth Partners, a private equity firm that provides equity capital to privately held, lower-middle market manufacturing and industrial services companies.

Heidi Gorrebeeck joined Industrial Growth Partners in 2021, where she leads the firm's administrative team and provides executive support to several of the firm's Partners. She has more than 20 years of administrative experience, mostly at alternative investment firms.

Jack Rusche is a member of Industrial Growth Partners, having previously worked as an investment banking analyst at RBC in New York, where he advised on mergers and acquisitions, financings, and equity transactions in the industrial sector, including chemicals and aerospace and defense. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Indiana University.

Jacobey Johnson re-joined IGP in 2024, where he handles sourcing, evaluating, and executing new investments along with portfolio management. He previously held strategy, operations, and corporate finance roles within IGP portfolio companies and at startups, and started his career in investment banking at Lazard advising on industrial-sector M&A. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business from the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota.

Jeff Webb is a Partner and Board Member at Buenavista Equity Partners, formerly known as GED Capital. His work focuses on the telecommunications, healthtech, and biotech sectors, with experience spanning venture capital, audit, regulation, and finance.

Kate Milne joined IGP in 2025. She previously worked as an Audit & Assurance Senior Associate at Deloitte in San Francisco. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an Accounting concentration from the Orfalea College of Business at California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo.

Kenny Kiratli joined Industrial Growth Partners in 2024, having previously worked at GTCR, a Chicago-based private equity firm, where he concentrated on medical device investments. He holds a BA in Economics, earned Magna Cum Laude, from Northwestern University.

Liam Bryson works at Industrial Growth Partners (IGP). He earned an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Notre Dame. Before IGP, he was at the private equity firm Golden Gate Capital, where he executed and monitored investments in the industrial sector.

Lisa Peterson joined IGP in 2024 and has around three decades of experience in private equity, M&A, and corporate finance. She previously spent nearly two decades managing a multi-billion dollar U.S. private equity portfolio at Ottawa Avenue Private Capital, an affiliate of RDV Corporation, and earlier worked in investment banking at McDonald Investments and in middle market lending at NBD Bank. She holds a BBA in finance from the Eli Broad College of Business at Michigan State University and leads IGP's investor relations efforts.

Matt Antaya has around two decades of experience in private equity, M&A, and financing for middle market companies. He joined IGP in 2006 and is responsible for the firm's financing activities, including acquisition financing, portfolio company financing, and managing financing partner relationships. He previously worked in Citigroup's Investment Banking Division in San Francisco and at Wachovia Securities, and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the College of William & Mary.

Pat Forster co-founded Industrial Growth Partners and has worked in general management and private equity investing for over four decades. He previously served as a senior advisor to American Industrial Partners from 1991 to 1996, and from 1986 to 1990 invested in and managed manufacturing companies, including leading the buyout of Litton Industries' Itek Graphix division in 1986. Earlier, from 1970 to 1986, he held senior management roles at Litton Industries, and he holds degrees from Stanford University, the University of Manchester, and Northwestern University.

Paul Campbell has over a decade of experience in private equity and mergers & acquisitions focused on middle market companies, and at IGP handles sourcing, evaluating, and executing new investments along with portfolio management. He joined IGP in 2018 from Acceleration Resources, a San Francisco private equity firm focused on lower-middle market energy investments, and previously worked at NGP, an energy-focused private equity firm in Dallas, and at Deutsche Bank's Natural Resources Group in investment banking. He holds a BS in Electrical Engineering and a BA in Economics from Rice University and an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.

Randy Ross joined IGP in 2022 as an Operating Partner, bringing more than three decades of experience with industrial companies. He previously spent 12 years leading Royal Power Solutions and Q Holding Company, both IGP portfolio companies focused on electrification products and medical device technologies, and has overseen operations across multiple countries including several greenfield start-ups and M&A activity. He holds an undergraduate degree from Heidelberg College and a master's from Bowling Green State University.

Rob Austin joined Industrial Growth Partners in 2010 and oversees the firm's origination function, sharing responsibility for firm management and the investment process alongside other Managing Principals. He previously was a Vice President at Lake Capital, focused on late-stage buyouts in the services industry, and earlier worked at The Riverside Company and the investment bank Harris Williams. He holds a BS in Commerce with a Finance concentration from the University of Virginia and an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management.

Rohan Bhargava has more than a decade of experience in private equity and mergers & acquisitions with a focus on the middle market. At Industrial Growth Partners, which he joined in 2021, he handles sourcing, evaluating, and executing new investments as well as portfolio management. He previously worked at Gryphon Investors as a Senior Vice President and founding member of its Heritage Fund, at Bertram Capital, and in investment banking at Barclays Capital, and holds a BBA from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan.

Ron Auletta is an Operating Partner at Industrial Growth Partners, where he supports operating and value-creation initiatives across the portfolio, including strategic planning, go-to-market execution, lean and six-sigma practices, and employee engagement. He has more than three decades of manufacturing experience across industries such as plastics, automotive, packaging, and metals, and has twice served as CEO of IGP portfolio companies, including IOTA Engineering and Xaloy. He holds an MBA and a BBA in Operations Management & Statistics from Cleveland State University.

Roy Seroussi has more than twenty years of experience in private equity and M&A focused on middle-market industrial companies. He joined IGP in 2026, where he sources, evaluates, and executes new investments and oversees existing holdings and divestitures. Previously he worked at Arsenal Capital Partners, holding leadership roles in its industrial growth sector, and before that in investment banking with the Global Industrial Group at Credit Suisse. He holds a BA in Computer Science and Economics from Brandeis University.

Sandeep Kamboj joined Industrial Growth Partners in 2022 as Accounting Manager, working on the firm's financial operations and reporting functions. Before IGP, she was a Senior Audit Associate at PricewaterhouseCoopers. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley.

Terry Schadeberg is an Operating Advisor to Industrial Growth Partners with a career centered on the engineered products industry. He was President of Nord Gear Corporation for 15 years, later served as CEO of private equity-backed Dorner where he oversaw product development, geographic and end-market expansion, and add-on acquisitions, and subsequently ran the Americas business for Columbus McKinnon before joining IGP.

Thien Nguyen joined Industrial Growth Partners in 2024. Before that, he worked on fundraising and reporting within the Investor Relations team at Alpine Investors. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of San Francisco.

Veronica Morales joined IGP in 2024, where she handles deal coordination and provides executive support to several of the firm's investment and operating professionals. She previously worked as Office Manager at Ambi Robotics. She holds an Associate's degree in Kinesiology and Social and Behavioral Sciences from Peralta Colleges.
